“Bought two youth mannequins, one head came damaged on the cheek and the other unit was missing the base plate to stand it on. Customer services was polite and worked fast to get the items replaced. The body of the mannequin is made of very light plastic. The head is made of thicker/ harder plastic and the painted features are great. Although it does look more like a girl than a boy, and I need one of each. Love the price!”

“I ordered two snap frames for concession stand at High School. Frames are very nice and easy to install. Only negative is that on both frames the locks were stripped. Allen wrench just turns around and so that feature will not be working on our frames.”

“The Display I ordered is exactly what I was wanting to provide information to the general public. The only issue was one piece was cracked during shipping. The damage did not ruin the display and is in an area that many cannot see and therefore I did not feel the need to return the display. Overall I am very pleased with my order!”

“I have a lot of economics-based comics that I got from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. I have been looking for a spinner rack for some time. Even though the pockets are larger than comic-sized, it does the job adequately and looks good as well. The only downside is the roller bearing that allows the rack to move isn't very smooth...I have to hold it with two hands to rotate the rack.”

“I'm using this to display a large chalkboard at my wedding and it's the perfect size! While it was easy to assemble I would have appreciated some instructions. Also, the adjustable pegs are free-moving, so you need to measure their heights to make sure they're level. Overall, great for the price!”

“I was going to order 5 small display racks that weigh maybe a few ounces each, but shipping came to almost $40!! I had to settle on one rack to lower overall cost. I understand thes are bulky, but tjere pretty much stackable so the cost to ship 5 shouldnt have been that much more than to mail just one. I think you meed to re evaluate how you charge shipping for multiple orders”

“Unit went together easily. It looks great on the desk, and holds the monitors securely. I like the cable guides; makes the installation even nicer looking. The unit is quite sturdy, well made. The instructions could have been a bit clearer or the drawings larger. The holder of the monitors was too loose to adequately hold the monitors in the proper position (tended to "droop"). Tightened a bolt and all was fixed.”

“5 x 7 cards with envelopes and in plastic sleeves fit perfectly and I can put plenty in each slot. The center bar is hard to insert securely into the base but once it's in, it works just fine.”

“The automated process was great and the end product was perfect. Excellent quality. We needed expedited delivery and they managed to come through a day early. Our "art group representative" was miserable and treated our art director like a kindergartener. I got the feeling that because we delayed approval 1 day, that she was secretly hoping we wouldn't make our deadline. But they came through a day early, which I'm sure was production and not "art." I would use them again, but request a different representative.”

“I am very happy with the free standing displays i ordered to display my art, they are light, well made and easy to put together by myself. I did receive 2 out of the 6 damaged but customer service were professional and apologetic and the problem was solved very quickly. I would have given 5 stars but found shipping expensive but that in itself can be outrageous wherever you go sometimes, even to post a letter these days!...all in all, i'm very happy!”

“Good product but I am disappointed there aren't more discounts available for shipping. I contacted customer service directly and they would not match discount given by a competitor. You almost lost the sale to a competitor just for that reason. As a business owner I know you can't always sell your product for the same price as competition but your product was higher plus higher shipping.”

“Excellent product and arrived well packaged to protect it. If one is accustomed to IKEA instructions, there's little problem putting it together but don't expect any verbal instructions. It's all pictures!”

“This company was great to work with. Ordering online was easy, it came within a week or so of my order. The pieces were well wrapped and protected for shipping, and they were easy to put together. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars was due to confusion on my credit card statement. I have received both full pieces, but my card hasn't been charged fully, only charged for a portion. Their customer service line was able to help me figure out the charge, but it's been 4 days and my card still hasn't been charged the full amount. Regardless, I will order with this company again for sure.”

“VERY easy to deal with. My order was mailed promptly. The purchase was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. It arrived promptly and in good condition. The items I bought were very reasonably priced and very good quality - especially for the price paid. I would have no hesitation to use these folks again.”

“I liked the variety of products. I chose one that met my company's needs and it was one of the most reasonably priced one I found. I am happy with the look and quality. It was also delivered much sooner than I anticipated. If I had one suggestion, I would ask that the coffee stirrer portion have a little different design so the stirrers would stay in the organizer better. Thanks!”
