“Got my order in a timely fashion and it would have been perfect if you had had exactly what I wanted, but it looks like everyone was out of white 12mm chalk markeres”

“I turned to Display2go for 3 retractable banner stands, that are to be used for our trade show displays. I am not a graphic artist and did not have the ideal tools to work with, so I was very hesitant about spending this amount of money on the displays. Several things quickly allayed my fears. 1. Responsiveness of Customer Service: Every time I called the customer service number, I was able to quickly (within 3 minutes) and easily (no long directory to navigate) speak to a rep. With emails, responses were quick (within an hour) and detailed. 2. Knowledgeable Art Department Reps: While the templates and art instructions provided are very detailed, they can be intimidating especially for someone who is not familiar with Adobe Illustrator or PS, such as myself. The Art Department rep walked me through the key pitfalls, suggested software to use and called out areas of concern after I submitted my artwork, giving me ample opportunity to make corrections until I was comfortable with the out come (digital proof). 3. Quick Shipping, Quality Product: I received my displays exactly as advised by my sales rep, well-packaged and complete. Other than an odor (which I suspect comes from the imprinting process, which mostly dissipated after a day of airing out), the displays are as I expected. The hardware feels decent, it is not chintzy by any means but I think the trade-off between light-weight and somewhat thinner materials is acceptable.”

“I thought the items were easy to find and order on the website. My order came in in a timely fashion. One of my items was slightly damaged, but you can't really tell and it is still usable so I kept it.”

“There were a few loose pieces, but I'm pretty mechanically-minded, and was able to put things together. Haven't used the easels yet, but they seem like they will suit their purpose nicely.”

“When we initially inquired about purchasing an out of stock display stand, the guy I spoke with seemed like he couldn't tell me if, or when it would be back in stock, and I had to ask him several times whether or not they wanted to sell it to me. But after that initial encounter, the subsequent contact I had with their customer service has been positive. We did have to wait over a month for our stand to come from China, and then get inspected & stocked, but it shipped super fast, and was packed well (3 different boxes). It is a very nice quality. It was easy to put together, and feels solid. We use it for our bedroom 55" flat screen TV. Our dresser sits on the foot of the stand, and the support pole is behind the dresser. The TV fits perfectly above the dresser, and we did not have to put any holes in our wall. We live in California, and it looks like it could probably withstand an earthquake.”

“The piece is beautiful and super easy to assemble. It looks great in my display. I was please to find that the piece for signage does not have to be attached and it still looks finished. I wish it had come with some felt pads for the feet as I am using it on a tabletop display. Now we just have to determine how durable it is and that will come with time.”

“Service was immediate, packaging was fantastic, order arrived quickly and with zero damage. The frame was exactly what I was looking for and a great price, but upon receiving it I noticed the wood had a few very noticeable dollops of hot glue from construction that are hard to overlook. Otherwise, the frame and its hardware seem well-made. I would use this site again.”

“I experienced poor quality on both ends. I ordered 2. The tv mounts arrived. One was bent so i called customer care and they sent me another one which was also bent. The poor quality was 1st from the manufacturer and also on the shoulders of displays2go for not quality checking customers orders prior to shipping them. I've ordered things in the pass and they were great. I guess its a hit or miss when dealing with displays2go.:\ Update: Display2go refunded me for the broken tv mount. I gave 4 stars this time instead of 2 because display2go did send out a 3rd mount to try to solve my issue, reached out to me after my review to still try and solve my problem. 4 stars well deserved because you don't see this kind of customer service anymore. Displays2go care about their customers. I will shop there again. Thanks you display2go for you great customer service.”

“Came upon this website while searching for a way to mount my 49" LG TV in our new travel trailer. The trailer had a plastic mount installed above the fireplace but it didn't look sturdy enough to support a flat screen TV while traveling. The Displays3go looked much more suitable for the task. A quick call to customer service at Displays2go confirmed the TV would fit this mount. They were happy to help me and were very valuable in assisting me.”

“The entire experience was seamless. Unfortunately, the description and the actual items were not what I expected. This is not a fault factor, but maybe I didn't completely read and comprehend the description or the description was too vague? Anyway, easy on all fronts to purchase, now it's on it's way back for credit.”
