“Ordering was easy, online spec and pictures matched delivered product. Rack arrived within a couple days of ordering. Parts were all very clearly labeled and instructions were dead simple to follow. Rack was fully built in about 30-45mins and I had my full video conferencing system mounted and running within about 1.5hrs. The rack itself is very solid. Completely stable with a 55" screen, laptop and camera mount. Very happy with this rack so far.”

“This process was very simple from design to ordering to receiving my packages. I ordered three large vertical pull-up banners for a trade show. The templates were very easy to use and the file uploading process was quick and efficient. I received a personal confirmation from a representative (Kyle), shortly after paying for the banners, who guided me through the submission process and explained lead times and shipping times. Once my files were uploaded and I approved the proof, I received my banners in 9 days (shipped from Rhode Island to North Carolina). My only complaint about this experience is that one of the zippers was broken on the banner carrying case. Also, the hardware on one of the other banners was dented. This could be avoided with more padding in the packaging. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied with the quality of not only the banner materials, but of the service. I would totally recommend this to friends and businesses.”

“The transaction was smooth and had no problems ordering and receiving, however, the corner of the display had been damaged and the particle board was showing. Update 4/14/17: A customer service representative contacted me and has taken care of the problem we had with the shipment of the rack. Their professionalism and customer care is greatly appreciated and we will use them again when the need arises. Thank you.”

“Nice looking frame. Puzzle fit as expected. Plexiglass was a little too large for the frame, and it pushed two corners of the frame apart. My husband, who happens to be extremely handy, was able to trim the plexiglass to fit. He also had the professional equipment to put the two corners of the frame back together. Took about 90 min of his time, and most people wouldn't even have the tools he had (corner clamps and compressor) to fix the frame. I believe this was an anomaly, all resulting from the too-large cut of plexiglass. Update: Displays2Go saw my review and reached out, apologizing for the inconvenience and issued a partial credit to cover the inconvenience. Excellent customer service.”

“Reasonable prices. Quick shipping. Lights came in but one of the bulbs were broken. I happened to be in the Fall River area and decided to stop in and return the fixture on 4/5/17. All I needed was a new bulb. I was sent to door #15 and met a very nice young lady (didn't get her name) who within 2 min put a new bulb in and also gave me a spare for my trouble. Left very satisfied and happy with the great service.”

“Displays2Go is a very professional and courteous company. I had purchased an acrylic ballot box and the items were damaged multiple times when I received them. They sent replacements for these boxes. It took a third time to get it before it was not damaged but they were very courteous about this.”

“Product and pricing was pretty consistent with others researched. A small part of confusion on my part with how/when to send the graphics when I was placing initial order however the rep cleared that up quickly.”

“Pretty nice product - simple to assemble. The instructions are available online on their website but instructions were included. A few of the baskets were a little bent but straightened out okay. Overall the stand is a little wobbly but not bad for the price.”

“I love the idea of having a hat rack to display several hats; however, the hats don't sit on the individual arms very well. I do love being able to display them, and it is certainly better than anything I have tried.”

“The plastic feet were perfect for modeling shoes , for my Poshmark business. The only reason I gave 4 stars, was that 1 of the feet was cracked on the top.”
