“Our Pastor was so surprised when he received his pulpit. It came already reassembled (which was a plus) and looked really good. We did notice slight chipping on the corners of the podium but other than that we are satisfied!”

“Everything about my experience with ordering from Displays2go was great, except when I went to go reorder a second sign (of the exact same size and style) less than a week after my original order, they were out of stock of the sign I needed.”

“I ordered a silver, 20-slot literature rack for our upcoming trade shows and the product was well received; however, it had a slight defect upon receipt. The bottom 3 slots did not align properly with each other, and would not come together. We had to take pliers and bend one of them in order to slide them properly into the slots. After this, it came together nicely. Can't wait to display it at our shows.”

“The frame works great. However because the poster was dry-mounted, the snap-in sides don't close completely. I wish I had known this, because I wouldn't have had the poster dry mounted.”

“This wall mount TV bracket had everything I needed. I was worried about the screws to attach the TV to the mount when I ordered it on line. It was all included for my LG television.”

“Bought a flag display case for my Dad's memorial flag. It arrived quickly and safely. The woodwork was beautiful, and the beveled glass a bonus touch I didn't expect. Inserted the flag and ran into my only snag. The little magnet was not strong enough to hold the lid shut! So I ran to the hardware store down the street, bought a decorative hook, installed it on the box and voila! Problem averted. Would have been nice to not have to take that extra step, but at least I had the skills to fix the problem. Now Dad's flag is protected and on display. All is well.”

“The styrofoam inner packaging was broken and allowed the shelving to scratch the pole section in a couple locations. A denser foam should be utilized.”

“We've ordered multiple products from Displays2go and most have been good. When we had to return a few items we found out their restocking fee was really high. One of the items we purchased was 3 rotating banners. Out of the box these didn't work. Our engineers figured that they were top heavy. The team at Displays2go was good to work with. The believe they've found the issue and have replaced all three banners without issue.”

“When submitting custom art work they were easy to work with and answered my questions without having to submit proof after proof. When my artwork was not approved the first time, they gave me screen shots and told me how to fix it and it was very much appreciated. Good qualoty customer service.”

“Ordered about 10 different products in quantity. Charged me 10.00 extra for broken case. Products were all listed in stock but 1. After no communication for 10 days I called and guy said its back ordered and will ship in 10 days. So we will see what happens in 10 days. Quick email response, $10.00 credit and immediate shipment of available products. I was surprised by initial result, because I am a long time customer and have always had great service. To be fair rep said the box was checked on website to ship all together, I never saw that option, I looked for a ship stocked items and over looked it. Thanks for fast response after review.”

“The product is easy to put together, but there is no pattern to it and no instructions. There are pieces where the wood grains seem to fit together, but there is no way to put them all together to make the floor look good. There are obvious seams where the grains do not match. I spent several hours trying to get it to look right and finally gave up. I wish there had been a way to put it together so all of it looked correct.”

“I actually placed an order for a display spinner at, what I thought was a very reasonable price. However when I went to check out and saw the shipping cost (lowest for ground delivery), I was shocked to see the shipping was about $7 less than the product. I went ahead and ordered,but after "sleeping on it", decided to cancel the order. I sent an email to customer service and the cancellation was taken care of promptly and with a great deal of courtesy. No questions asked - no hassle. Will I order again from Displays2go? Absolutely. I just wished that the shipping companies could provide better pricing and service.”

“One of the 2 frames was cracked due to damage during delivery, will live with it as it was a hairline crack that won't be noticeable after repair. The wrapping was good, the box was just crushed too hard to stop the damage.”
