“Arrived quickly. Got tossed around during shipping. All pieces in box but an indentation in the metal at the bottom of the hat stand that the black coating is flaking off. Some scratches on the rest of item. Useable for me in a warehouse and not worth shipping back. They doubled up on corner protection of the package but not the rest of it where the box was busted at. The box it comes in itself is cheap cardboard at best and could of used the extra help too.”

“I almost didn?t order from Displays2go based on the many negative reviews on many other review sites. However, most of the negative reviews were from dealing with their customer service. I was hoping my order would not need any calls to their customer service. My order was delivered by FedEx with any issues. The order was complete, luckily there were no missing or defective parts. The packaging could have been better because one of the pieces was rubbing on another and the black paint was scratched very badly. I didn?t want to deal with their customer service so the four start rating. 5-29-2015 I received a voicemail and e-mail reply back from Displays2go Customer Service with an offer for a part replacement. The requested photos of the damage to confirm the scratched parts. As I said before, I did not want to deal with their customer service based on previous reviews but it appears the customer service is much better now. I choose not to have the part replaced because the part is in back where you wouldn?t normally see it. This was on a mobile TV stand and it has a 100LB monitor mounted on it. It would be too much work to unmount the monitor, disassemble the stand and ship it back for replacement. I can?t comment on parts replacement because I haven?t experienced that aspect of their customer service. However, I will recommend Displays2go to others and will purchase from them in the future.”

“Ordered 2 mannequins, one adult male, one adult female. Both arrived on time, and were fairly easy to set up. Only issue we had is that the stand for the female mannequin is not as sturdy as the stand for the male mannequin.”

“Product arrived in good time. You have to be EXTREMELY precise when installing, even an 1/8 of an inch off and you'll have trouble getting it up. Ours is bowing a little bit because of that but it still looks cool.”

“We are very pleased with the 80" TV stand. It is in our board room and looks very professional. It did come missing a part that holds a cable box table on the stand. I sent a picture of the part to customer service so we shall see how they do. If CS does not come thru I would knock the rating back a star. Otherwise we are pleased with the quality of the product, the time it took to get here and was easy to put together except for the missing part”

“I was happy with the turn around time, and the helpfulness of the design staff in getting my artwork proofed for my custom table cloth. It was a little pricey but I liked the versatility of the custom table cloth we selected as well as the customer service.”

“I am amending my review due to the quick response, professional care and amicable resolution provided by this company. I was not happy with my product, but they made things right with me. If I have another occassion to purchase with this company, I will do it without hesitation. The only thing I would do differently is to call and ask questions if I am unsure of what my needs are. Original response - The website indicated the TV stand would house up to a 60" TV, however, the table top was only 43" wide and the width of the legs across the 55" TV is approximalely 50". I was disappointed because I now have to find another stand to ensure stability of the TV.”
