“I liked the item I purchased but hoped it would have additional hanging fasteners for bottom rails. After putting my yard sign into the secure clasp of the rails I purchased, the wind blew and the sign came out and on the ground. I didn't want to have to keep picking my sign up. Perhaps the interior of the holder should have double-sided tape to hold signs.”

“I was happy with the rack I ordered, it shipped quickly and nothing was damaged. However I suggest buyers read descriptions carefully; I had looked at description for a smaller rack first, which stated it broke down for easy storage. Then decided to go with a bigger rack that held more cards, which apparently does not break down, but did not notice that was not in the bigger rack description. I am happy with the size of the rack & other details, but disappointed it does not break down for storage; it was just an oversight on my part.”

“Heavy duty wall mount system. Well made, comes well protected in it's shipping packaging. My only "fear" was when I first started reading the installation manual that, on it's cover indicated it was for a model one size SMALLER that what I had ordered......My fear was oh no, I've been shipped the WRONG wall mount. I had to validate my order on-line, look, read review everything to ensure myself I wasn't mounting a bigger TV on a smaller sized mount. Hey guys.....buy some stickers and cover up the item number W2AM3250M3 (32 to 50" TV) on your installation guide when in fact the unit is for a 60 inch TV!!!! Don't get me wrong, had I not had the original "fear" I'd rate the mount as a 5!”

“I was very happy with the quality of the tablecloths for the price and used them at my last garden expo. They really dressed up my booth. I held back a star because when I went to check-out with my order, I was charged a $10 fee for breaking a package. I ordered 3 tablecloths and they came individually packaged so I don't know what package I broke. I didn't feel that fee was warranted but I ordered them anyway and am otherwise happy with my order and experience.”

“Quick delivery. Display looks good, but only time will tell how durable it is. Wait until it has been out a couple of winters and ask how good it is.”

“The quality of the stand is excellent. It's not made of flimsy materials. Glass and metal components are high quality. The only suggestions I have are, 1) Better instruction manual 2) plastic or rubber grommets/seals where power and A/V cables route through the stand. And finally, there is an opening at the top of the stand that isn't large enough for a HDMI cable to pass through. I will file this opening to allow for better routing through the top to the TV.”

“Displays2go shipped my order very promptly. The provided tracking # indicated our 2 items were received by FedEx. After several days of tracking & not seeing any updates, I sent 2 e-mails to Displays2go's customers service e-mail address found at the bottom of their web site. Both e-mails came back as undeliverable. Not a good thing! Fortunantely ONE of our 2 pieces arrived before I attempted a phone call to complain. FedEx failed to deliver both packages together. A phone call to them assured me the second package was on the truck for delivery that day, & it was. The inability to get my e-mails thru has left a "bad taste in my mouth".”

“Customer service was great. Shipping was extremely quick. Products arrived with damage either from manufacturer or shipping company but Displays2go was quick to replace damaged product. However, the replacements arrived with minor damage. Manufacturer may need better quality control procedures.”

“Quality of product seems great. My 1-star reduction is regarding the base width on the portrait 8 1/2 x 11 size. It seems too narrow and I'd prefer to see it a bit wider. Given the size of the display and the vertical height, the display easily rocks and feels like it would tip over without much effort. *Thank you for your review and consideration of my feedback. I also wanted to add that the 5x7 landscape frames are great! The frames provide a better looking and more professional display of items on our customer service counters.”

“Product we ordered is good and shipping was prompt. The only reason why I down-rated them by a star is that the display rack is shipped in two separate boxes, and the cost of shipping is high, $16.15/display. So even though the cost of the individual display is reasonable, by the time shipping is added, it's not so great.”

“I had an excellent experience with their customer service when I called regarding an easel I ordered. One of the legs of the easel looked like it had been scuffed prior to shipping. The team responded really quickly and the process was smooth. The four out of five stars is because the holes drilled into the easel to put it together were poorly done. What should've been an extremely easy process of construction became a very difficult process as the easel could not be constructed because the holes were not allowing the bolts and screws to be properly placed.”

“The products I ordered are very handsome. The tracking way way off though. I got 760 pounds of display cases a day early and I had no one scheduled for them that day. The freight company only left me with 15 min notice that they were coming early. The Display cases them selves arrive flawless. I will use displays2go when my business grows. My order was a little over 2k and handled smoothly.”

“After some research, I chose to order some sign display holders from Displays2Go. The pricing was reasonable, and the order experience was easy. My only recommendation would be for better order tracking prior to shipping. I had to contact online to ask when my order would ship. I would be nice to be able to see an estimated ship date in the order tracker. Along those lines, the live chat feature was great for checking up.”

“Just received my 2 ipad display stands - Overall I was very happy with the product - They provided cables for connecting everything up, spare parts for an Ipad Air. The pole, flyer holders, and ipad case is pretty much exactly what I expected it to be and should perform for my needs - very happy with the product - There were two issues one minor and one semi big for me. One was the Paint job - In general it was clean but I felt like there were some areas that came out a little more glazed than others - just didn't seem like an ultra high end paint job- at the same point it is really only noticeable to a highly critical eye and didn't bother me that much My only main issue though - The base plate. The entire piece is basically a metal of some kind but the Base Plate was aluminum - or something else. The base plate came in two parts - to be screwed to the pole- this caused the unit more motion than anticipated - with people interacting with the ipad I felt their was too much shake to the unit for my personal taste. They do have 4 strips of aluminum / composite material on the bottom to help stabilize and add weight but it didn't counter act that by having a base plate in two pieces it made a bend point to the base - I took the unit to a weld shop and had them create a custom base plate for my unit that is more stable - This is the only reason I am giving this product a 4 instead of a 5 - I felt the base plate overall stability and design should have been better than it was on my Ipad Display Stand”
