“Easy, quick delivery but was very bummed when after much time spent finding what I wanted, I realized there was a broken box charge of $10! That should be related to price breaks in my opinion. Very frustrated by that! It felt like a "gotcha".”

“This was the first time I had ordered from your company. The box came overnight as promised, was packaged perfectly, and was built and finished well. My only complaint stems from excess adhesive being smeared near some of the seams. The box was for a rush order, and I was able to push it through, but I typically would have reached out to you for a replacement. Other than that, I was very pleased with the actual construction, the quality of the acrylic, and the finished back of the base.”

“Service was good and the delivery came as expected. My order was for the foldable easel. The one problem was the two clips which hold the signboard are the same. One is fine for the left side but on the right side the clip is reversed and faces down instead of up. If you could replace that part I would appreciate it.”

“Ordering and shipping was fast and professional, product came in good condition. Some scratches on the back of the frame, but front is fine. Had issues putting the easel together even that the construction is super easy, the srew didn't cooperate. Frame is excellent, very easy to use it and change content daily - a bit flimsy.”

“The product is good and what I expected. It arrived in the time frame promised. I ordered three displays and when I got them I realized I would only have room for two of them. I am returning one, unopened, we will see if their service on returns is acceptable.”

“I feel weird here - I feel like I'm supposed to be reviewing the company, but one can never really avoid the impetus to associate the product with the company, so... Anyways - the company. Excellent. Great prices, buying experience was no problem; didn't have a returns/exchanges situation so I've got limited experience. But buying it was a pleasure. Only reasonable complaint is that in the age of Amazon Prime, standard ground shipping feels slow as moss. It was like waiting for Christmas. Which was alright. The product, very briefly: $20 mount for a TV, so I wasn't spending a fortune. But it did take ages to get installed and tuned right. Installation was somewhat complicated by the fact that the tool suggested for driving in the heavy-duty screws into the stud was just like this hexagonal chamber that fit around the head of a screw. Even if you predrilled your hole, it still required a pair of pliers to attain the right torque to drive the screw in. Plus, it fit only very loosely around the screw, so it wobbled A LOT. The mount itself takes some fine-tuning. There's just a simple tension screw system to keep it from wobbling all over the place, and I actually DISASSEMBLED the mount before I could make the connection between the tension screw (hidden under a cap) and the amount of "give" the mount was... giving me. So the product gets 3, 3.5 stars, while the company gets an easy 4.0-4.5.”

“My order was painless and shipped in a timely manner. HOWEVER: the packing used to ship my order was LESS than acceptable-very cheaply and poorly done, which resulted in a small damaged spot on the sign. This was a PACKAGING issue, NOT a carrier (FedEx) issue. I didn't bother to claim it because it does not affect the function of the sign, but I know it's there. Honestly, when I opened the package, I expected it to be in pieces! Other than that, I had no issues with my order, and should the need arise, I will probably order from D2G again.”

“Lightweight, adjustable (1 pocket across or 2). Arrived quickly. I'm not sure how to fold it back up like it came, but it's so lightweight it doesn't matter, still easy to put in the car with the stand out.”

“Thats my only complaint! The product is great! Shipped and delivered in timely manner. The packaging was satisfactory. The product comes with nice carry case. Once I figured it out...its easy to assemble. I just recommend a small insert with picture of product where to attach bottom part of easel.”

“I've purchased several items from Displays2Go over the years. Their price, availability and selection are great. However, several of the items I have purchased have been broken when arriving. They are always fast to replace them, but I've learned to always order a few extras just in case.”

“My order was on time and I think the procuct was a good value for the money spent. My item was a cardboard spinner on a stand and a couple of the pieces were bent and permanently creased, but overall it looked pretty good.”
