“Super fast shipping. Great products and prices. My only complaint was this shipment each acrylic holder had the sticker with the manufacturer's name on top of the holder instead of the bottom like previously. This caused me extra work because I had to remove all of the stickers prior to using them”

“The Mannequin I ordered for our Historical Museum is just beautiful. She will make a great addition for the display of the historical clothing which we use in the museum. I was pleased with how quickly my order arrived. The mannequin was is good condition except for two things. A little paint was chipped from one wrist and an anchor screw connecting the hip to the upper body was missing. It was not enough for me to send it back. I plan to order more mannequins for our museum in the future.”

“I ordered 3 movie poster frames, one of which came damaged beyond acceptability. I called customer service and they promptly shipped a replacement without any hassle, taking extra care to package it well. I have since order 2 additional frames without any problems. Shipping was very fast and it took only 3 days to receive my order.”

“They had just what I needed at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly and undamaged. My only complaint is all of packaging.. it was one 5x7 picture frame but it came in a large box with several yards of bubble wrap. They could have sent and safely packaged a dozen picture frames in that box with the same amount of protective bubble wrap. Not very economical or ecological.”

“The box included all the parts, and was easy to put together. Only thing is though it didn't come with a car key to put on top to keep it from sliding off when being loaded in vehicle, that's why I only gave 4 stars. “I ordered the floor spinner SMAWRDFS. I love the look of this display and it shows what we wanted to display really nicely! We have had a few problems. Instructions say to carefully assemble corner pole supports. I attached four poles and the screw holding each promptly pulled out of top with just the weight of poles. Once assembled the screws on lazy susan spinner began digging into wood. We took it apart again worked at adjusting screws and lubricating, but, it still is difficult to turn. Despite all this I am trying to make spinner work because I like its display of product visually. I would recommend for light weight product. But, not sure how to assemble without screws pulling out when you turn over to put on stand.”

“Great value for the money, very happy with the product look and quality, easy online ordering, customer service guiding us through putting it together was great. I would have given 5 stars except the directions for assembly were terrible. Good thing the human beings on the phone were available and knowledgable enough to get us through it. Why don't you ask your customer service people to re-write the instructions?”

“I purchased the product and it appeared to be shipped promptly as I had ordered before the cutoff for shipment that day. My only frustration with the shipment method is that I did not ever get an expected arrival date but that likely has nothing to do with the vendor. The price was excellent for what I purchased but the shipping seemed a little excessive but that is probably because I have been spoiled with free shipping at other places. Overall it was a good purchase experience and we got exactly what we expected to get.”

“The card rack arrived very quickly and with one phone call we were able to assemble it very easily. It does have a slight wobble and we asked about that in the phone call. The company doesn't include the insert anymore to stop the wobble. It looks good and was a great price.”

“The show box was larger than what I had expected and would not work for my project, so I had to return. It was however a very nice rugged storage/transport box and I think would be a good box for others that need a large box.”
