“I ordered 12 easels for next day delivery, but they were delivered too late for a presentation I was giving. However, Displays2go responded and explained that the delay was due to shipping issues with the carrier. I appreciate their followup and quick response. John F.”

“Order received quickly. Some concerns are as follows: 1. Box was a bit beat up and 1 corner was split open (need to use more beefier box for the weight of the item. 2. One hole on the upper section did not line up and had to elongate a bit to get the screw to engage the threads on the upper shelf bracket. 3. The shelf boards I guess were suppose to stick to the adapters on the metal shelf extension brackets; however the protective film over the sticky part and come off most of them and the glue dried so the shelves are not very secure. ( I am going to try some liquid silicon glue drops on the adapters and see if that will help) 4. My Samsung 55" TV apparently needed longer screws on the bottom than the top so I had to obtain those. (Not a fault of this item though unless more screw options were provided.) 5. Finally some stickers on the various pieces indicating Front, Back, Top, Bottom, Left and Right would help immensely with assembly of the product. All in all a very sturdy and impressive stand!”

“Love this table and delivery was FAST. Minor thing - there's a plastic locking mechanism under the table that hold the feet when it's not in the upright position that came in broken.”

“I have no doubt that the mounts will be great! I have used them before. The only issue is your shipper. Fedex has held my package for 5 days (due to inclement weather) Only problem is every other shipper UPS, USPS has delivered days ago. I know this is not your issue at displays2go. But please consider another shipper besides FedEx”

“I ordered the TV Stand w/ Locking Storage, Monitors 30"-84", Power Outlets, Camera Mount ? Black. The website was great and easy to use and able to place. The shipment arrived very quick. I am giving only 4 start due to the damage to the units...some dents and paint scrapped off the metal cabinet.”

“Great customer service and quick shipping. We had a problem with one of the locks on the sign that we ordered and they shipped a replacement lock for us to switch out. Although the sign description (P-31988/Outdoor-Advertising-Light-Box-Silver-Aluminum-Frame) says landscape or portrait the mechanics of doing a horizontal sign are going to be difficult to replace the graphics. Other than that the sign appears to be well manufactured.”

“Great product! I am not one to purchase items online BUT I am very impressed with the product. The price was good and it was exactly as described. My only complaint would be the cost of shipping. I thought it was fairly expensive.”

“Customer service is great and received the item quickly. The reason for the 4 star instead of a 5 is the packaging. The box was taped inadequately and a part fell out in transit. Customer service rectified it and sent out another one right away. The 2nd package looked the same but at least all the parts were there. The packaging actually looks like it was returned before and taped back up on both items. The item was a good price.”

“I like my tabletop rotating notecard display unit. It fit firmly together and seems quite stable. The price was very fair, as well. One drawback is that only the top holders are large enough for standard notecards to be put in from the top. On the rest of the holders cards may only be slid in from the sides and they frequently fall out.”

“I ordered the mesh panels for my vendor shows, and am extremely pleased!!! They are VERY easy to assemble, and disassemble. I was hesitant in ordering the panels, based on some of the reviews that the legs arrived bent, so I took a chance, and am so glad I did! Mine arrived in perfect condition. The only thing missing were the instructions on how to assemble; however, after just looking at the picture on the web, my husband figured it out in no time. VERY EASY. My only complaint is the very high shipping charges. When I called Customer Service to inquire about the shipping charges, I was told the reason they are so high is because they came in 5 different boxes. Not true - mine only arrived in 2. Other than that, I would highly recommend these panels!!”

“I received my display on time and it's exactly what I was expecting. There was a bit of difficulty assembling it due to manufacturing problems (i.e. the holes not drilled correctly). The item was also slightly damaged in transit, but again, that was likely an issue with the manufacturer and not worth replacing the item over.”
