“We ordered the display counter with our logo. The counter is a really good design and quality - super easy to set up, light enough to transport easily but heavy duty enough that I think it should last for awhile. The black canvas carrying cases are also of good quality and make it all easy to pack up and carry. The customer service was great. We needed the piece delivered quickly and they accommodated us. The one reservation I have is that the film that covers the logo is quite wrinkly in places - separating from the graphic a little and got more wrinkly as the day went on. I think it should be fine but did want to mention that in full disclosure.”

“I ordered a poster frame and it arrived cracked. When I reached out to customer service, they immediately sent out a new one and told me I could dispose of the cracked frame as I wished. What I was most impressed by was the care put into the new frame to ensure that it would arrive in perfect condition. It was packaged carefully and thoroughly and there were additional support measures taken on the frame itself to ensure it's in tact delivery. Overall the quality of the frame is commensurate with the price. It uses plexi glass and some sort of plastic for the framing which keeps it nice and light for easy hanging. The frame is very delicate, so caution should be used when moving it, as the fasteners keeping the photo attached to the frame are quite flimsy and don't really fasten anything. They just gingerly keep everything in place.”

“The piece that we ordered was an acrylic sign holder (2pk) and both of them had scratches in the same place, looking like it happened in production. I called and the customer service rep was very helpful and sent out new ones that we received the next day.”

“We were very impressed with amount of thought that went into this unit. They included the perfect screw driver (a total surprise - have never seen that before) The screws were separated into labeled plastic bags, which made their useage easier. The instructions were good, but the images could be enlarged, and the written portion refined just a bit, as they were a little confusing. Thus we needed to back track a couple times to get the pieces in the right position. But as for the final unit, we're very pleased. For the price and quality, it can't be beat.”

“The order experience is good, and the product was delivered within a reasonable timeframe. The product is a bit bulky and could be shrunk in while still keeping the same storage capability, but this is just a personal preference. The overall function is very good and after using some force to twist the pole into the base, the stability became a non-issue. I am happy with the overall stability and appreciate the great customer service. It's a sign of a good company when they are responsive to their customers' concerns and look to resolve them in an expeditious manner.”

“No problems with the Displays2go service or products. They choose Fedex for shipping, there's the rub! Took forever. Tracking showed my order spent over 56 hours in some podunk town less than a hundred miles from my home. What they were doing there remains a mystery.”

“Solidly built stands. We will be ordering more of them as we need them. Easy to assemble. The padding on the insides of the tablet space had to be pulled off and put back on because it was sticking out and blocking part of the tablets. I do recommend the stands.”

“The quality of the item purchased is amazing, and it was super easy to order. It was a little frustrating that our stand was sent in 4 different boxes, and we didn't receive them all at the same time. What's more, there were not clear instruction provided on how to put it together, though we were able to figure it out. I would definitely recommend this website though.”

“I was really happy to find an open storage design that would not take up too much space and was thrilled to find a 4-sided adjustable unit on wheels to use for children's books, dvds, clothes, etc. It arrived with a small flaw in one panel, and when I called Customer Service the employee couldn't have been nicer. I decided not to exchange the one panel, as the flaw could be hidden when we assembled the piece. Although the unit was pricey, it will be well worth it if I can get 8-10 years' use out of it.”

“The order placement was quick and easy, the product shipped immediately, got to me fast and was exactly what I wanted. The only issue was that the packaging was not the best. In 2 boxes, the end of the sign stands where sticking out of the box and were scratched. I kept them because I needed them for an event, the scratches are at the floor and not very visible once attached to the base.”

“It made me a little worry when I only received one box of the part book stand. After I called your custom services, then found another box has not been shipped. My suggestion to you for future delivery, please make one order together with all its boxes.”

“Everything arrived in good shape. We really like our table runner with our logo. The one disappointment I had was the amount of plastic used to ship some of the products, they are in a plastic bag and are then wrapped in lots of bubble wrap. Wish you'd find a biodegradeable product for shipping besides plastic.”

“I wasn't put on hold for very long, shipping options were explained well, staff was willing to research product information that wasn't readily available online, the product arrived when expected. The negative is that both products I ordered arrived in boxes that were quite damaged. There was inadequate packing materials to protect the product and keep the boxes intact. It is a miracle that the products weren't damaged, but the boxes were to damaged to use for shipping or storage.”
