“I received the door nameplates very quickly. They are simple to place with the two adhesive strips on the back and they can go either vertical or horizontal. The only small problem was that some of the suction cup pullers for the front panel did not work. This is only a small inconvenience.”

“Item arrived and is a good size for a 10x10 booth. It was easy to set up and only took about 10 mins. Only negative is, the mat is only good for standing. If you have a few chair on top of it, the chair foot will be noticeably visible and deeply imprinted on the mat after you sit on it.”

“It was really easy to navigate the website and order. The items we ordered came very quickly. There was some damage to one particular part of each of the items we ordered, but customer service took care of replacing the damaged parts very quickly and with no hassle. We will use Display2go again.”

“My sign holder came as ordered and is what I expected. A few scratches on the outer corner of the top but it will serve our needs fine and is as advertised. Good, sturdy outdoor sign holder. Update: Scratches were from shipping, a section of the box ripped open during transit. A company representative followed up with me to figure out what happened, apologized, and surprised me by offering a 15% discount on my order. Great customer service.”

“Ordering and processing went perfectly. Shipping was our only hiccup. When the base for the mount is shipped there is no protection on the outside corners of the base within the box. Every base that we received had broken plastic caps on the corners. Displays2go was amazing at sending us another base but that one as well came with broken caps again because there is no protection for the corners inside the box. I have given up on getting the plastic caps. They will only send us another base not the plastic caps.”

“Overall a good display. The base was shipped in a separate box. The bar is only snugly inserted into the base, there is no screw to secure it therefore it seems a bit unstable. The card holders are good except if you have 5.5" x 4.25" cards, then they can fall out. I made my own plexiglass shelves for each holder and used a clear little bumper bubble in the center to hold the cards in. If the gap between the front wires would be closer together I wouldn't have to worry. The next size smaller might have been too small for my cards. Yes they fit in landscape orientation but not if in portrait orientation.”

“We really like the racks we purchased for our marketing publications but I do have to say the plastic breaks easy. When they showed up there were 4 pockets already broken. I immediately called and they shipped new ones right away. Thank you! I think our publications will look great in them but we are a little worried about how long they will last with students taking them in and out. We'll see. They were a great price and look good.”

“The tripod stand I ordered for my Samsung Frame TV came with a damaged box and no screws or tools to attach the brackets to the TV. Luckily I had some in my shop that worked. Very disappointed to say the least. Changed from 2 stars to 4 for the great customer service.”

“Stood by their product !!! Unfortunately the first item shipped was damaged. They mailed me a replacement immediately. It actually had a small damage and they gave me a discount on it. The item is beautiful and the were very helpful”

“I do intend to continue to purchase these as we add mobile carts. A warning to those who purchase, do not use the wrench provided to install casters. Use a proper wrench and lock-tight on the locking nut. It should be provided but it is not. The first cart and second carts have only seen 6 months of usage and the casters effectively fell off because the lock nuts would not stay. Otherwise, the way this stand is built, it is compatible with 80/20 Inc. hardware allowing us to mount additional equipment securely. Everyone has been extremely happy with what we've been able to do with this cart.”

“Good, but slow. Good to work with, but DON'T plan on getting fast results. Every email was returned the 1-2 days after being sent. Then once order was placed and artwork was approved, it is an additional 21 days before I am expected to receive it.”
