“As in reviews I read the shipping was horrible. the package was just left in our back parking lot and it was damaged. Looked like it was pushed out of a rolling truck. I will say the podium itself was chipped but not so bad we could not make it presentable. Customer service was quick to make it right with the offer of a %credit or a replacement. We kept the existing and it is the look we were hoping for.”

“Very impressed with quality of projector. Excellent product for value. Only complaint is having to purchase proprietary adapter for Apple iOS. Sound quality is substandard; but adding external speaker was simple fix. Would give 5 stars otherwise.”

“The process to order went very well and I thought I received a good deal on the product. The counters I ordered were delivered on time, however 2 of the three I purchased on my last order were delivered badly damaged in shipping. I called and was assured that the replacements would be sent in short order. I have not had them delivered yet but it has only been a couple of days. Mistakes happen and sometimes shipping is out of your control. I understand that and do not hold it against you.”

“I ordered a couple of display racks and was really on a time crunch so I paid a significant amount for expedited shipping. Ultimately, I did receive them on time, but I wasn't impressed that I never received a shipping confirmation email (until several days after I received my purchase) and had to contact customer service to verify that my order had indeed shipped. Customer service was helpful.”

“The banner specifies on the order page that replacement graphics are available for that model, which is why I ordered that banner in 2013. When I attempted to do that in 2019, the very nice customer service rep apologized when they told me replacement graphics are not available for that model. I purchased a whole new banner (same model - as it's a good banner)- this was over $400 with shipping. and the item still says that replacement graphics are available for that specific banner. Great quality product, but beware incorrect or misleading info.”

“Delivered promptly, and perfect condition. Missing one foot on one of the pedestals, otherwise, 100%. These seem to be well-made, but are not overly fancy. My only concern is that they are expensive.”

“Absolutely love the pulpit for my church. It?s so solid and looks great! Only complaint is the packaging. It was HORRIBLY packaged and arrived in a box that was ripped open on every side and the tape was off of the seams. It was barley in the box still. Luckily the padding caused it to stay protected and I didn?t see and damages.”

“I like this stand because it's versatile--components can be mounted in different ways. Plus it includes a power strip and the price is good. Upon assembly I'd say that the major parts seem well made and everything went together fine. The hardware, like screws and washers, and the included tools, are cheap cast parts, but they worked okay. Would I trust at $20K TV on this stand? Maybe not, but for average use it's a good value!”

“My experience with Displays2go customer service has been outstanding. My order came damaged, but they were quick to replace it without a lot of hassle. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is that the product was not manufactured well (assembly difficult) and that the shipper delivered the product damaged, twice.”
