“Working directly on the Displays2go web site was easy and less than other major selling sites you know all too well. The product arrived in good shape and I am impressed with the quality of the item. I cant give it a 5 star only because I have not used the display yet in a sales setting, but I am pleased I made a purchase of a quality product and looking forward to using this over the cheap cardboard displays I was using in open houses.”

“The case is perfect and water tight )tons of rain this week). The only issue was the measurements. 11x17 means the interior dimension. We had a tight space and the exterior measurements are at least an extra inch on all sides - plus there needs to be space on one long side for the door to open/hinge. We found a way to make it work but with only a smidge of a millimeter to spare. Easy to open and add documents. Working well in the first week!”

“Excellent customer service! If you are looking for a 1:18 scale display case, look no further. First one I received was cracked in one corner but shipping box was not damaged. Called customer support and they quickly shipped a replacement at no cost. It arrived with a base that was not quite as nice as the base on the first one, so combined the best of the two cases for one very nice display case. Will definitely be back for more.”

“I am very happy with the display case. Perfect for displaying my collection of glass and china objects. Love the minimalist design and didn't have to worry whether the style would look ok with the rest of the furniture in the room. I would have given 5-stars except that originally only the glass was delivered -- missing the package that had the base and hardware. Also, the glass package was covered in a substance that seemed like black soot. What a mess! Displays to go responded promptly and fedex'd another base. Customer service was great. I managed to put the case together solo without trouble despite the minimal instructions except for the door/hinges which did not seem to fit perfectly into the rest of the case, but I raised the top glass to make room for the door/hinges - not noticeable. There was no instruction on what to do with the plastic strip -- I guess along one edge of the glass, but I didn't bother.”

“Unfortunately our product came with a factory defect, the sliding doors were put on completely wrong, like I am not even sure how they were able to package it because it was so wrong. The back sliding door (the one without the lock) fell right out as we were unpackaging it. I contacted the company who were very helpful. Within a few days we received our replacement at no charge to us. We haven?t unpacked it yet but we trust it will be in good working order.”

“I ordered 12 of the 8.5 x 5.5 wall mount signs. They arrived quickly and installed easily. The only drawback I had was that one of those signs arrived without the necessary hardware. Apart from that, I would have given it 5 stars.”

“The ordering experience and turn around on receiving the display ballot boxes I ordered was excellent. The only issue was that I needed to push the metal latch up before attempting to lock the back in place, otherwise it did not line up with the slot for it in the back and would not lock. Overall, the product works well once you play with it a little, but not straight out of the box, and the experience was great.”

“The Shelving units (6) of them were easy to build make sure you have 2 people. My Sister and I built 6 in about 4 and 1/2 hours. The only problem we faced was on the shelving units we had to glue the shelving grommets into place so shelves would not continue to fall.”

“I love the boxes and they came right on time but the case break was not apparent from the order form, so someone had to break up a case and repack 27 pieces: they had to cut down a box and the box was stuffed with packaging material. I would have bought 2 cases and saved you time & money in the shipping department if the case break was better marked in the ordering process.”

“The offerings are diverse and high quality. Shipment was quick and the product was better quality than hoped...5th star withheld as the tracking of shipment was delayed or difficult to determine. however shipment time was fairly quick.”

“We are planning an exhibition which will feature a number of vintage Western film movie posters. I order a sample to access if this would be a good and cheaper option to custom framing them all. While the snap system edge is quite nice there are a few concerns in moving forward. The thin plastic glazing is textured and leaves a less than desirable effect for display. I am also concerned about the mounting of the frames to the wall. Being that the frame must be mounted prior to placing the poster in I think it will be hard to hold the poster in place without being able to lay flat and insert prior to hanging. It would be nice if a clear glazing was offered and if the poster could be installed while laying flat with a different hanging method.”

“Only had the displays for a week now, so I can't speak to their longevity, but here's what I can say: - love the way it's designed. New signs can be easily swapped in and out without adding any strain or permanent marks to the sign stand - nice and light-weight - telescoping lock works beautifully - initial setup was easy and quick - simple and professional looking”
