“Would be 5 stars but the product arrived slightly damage, despite the over packaging. I found the shards of plastic that had broken off in the box and was able to glue them back on. It looks almost 100%. The item itself is great. Very professional looking. I would buy again from Display2Go!”

“The product is exactly as described and looks very nice when installed. All items needed were included in the package. The 4 star rating is for the perforations in the film (I used the clear) that should make removing the printed section easy, but I needed to use scissors which was very time consuming. We just moved offices and I had 35 to do at one time so if there is a way to improve the perforations, 5 stars is a guarantee!”

“Quick delivery, well packed. Product is as described. Caveat: the bag and its zipper protecting the item are less than optimal?1 star off, but we didn't acquire the item for its bag.”

“The cases themselves were perfect! Great for the money and good quality. I had one light bulb not working but that isn't a big deal. The issue I did have was that these were secured very well on a custom pallet, and then stacked ontop of a shipping pallet. This ended up making my 6'2 display case be closer to 7ft tall and it would not fit through even a large door. I ended up calling a moving company who specializes in fragile large items and we were able to get them off of the pallets and onto a cart and put them into the building. If you do not have a loading dock and larger doors keep this in mind that the size of the item shipped could be much larger than described.”

“When I read your description on line for my item.. it said ?chalk board?. Therefore, as an educator of 33 years I wrote on a real chalk board. What you advertised as a ?chalk board? is incorrect. To me.. it?s false advertising because I wanted a real chalkboard and not some fake composite of black material . I was so upset that I was going to ask for a refund. However, after I wrote on it with liquid chalk .. I determined that it?s nice and j will keep it. However, you should change your description on your first line”

“Displays 2 Go is great. We love your product and have shopped repeatedly with you over the past year. What prevents a 5 star rating is the manner in which your cabinets are delivered. You do not offer an option to get the cabinets from point a, wrapped and sealed, to point b, ready to plug in. The customer is asked to break down pallets and move heavy & extremely dangerous all glass items. Even when we paid hundreds of extra dollars for special delivery, your contracted company still leaves the item outside a showroom...leaving the heaviest of lifting to the customer. It would be great if you offered some type of white glove service that ensures your cabinets find their ultimate destination safely...without the customer having to do the heaviest of work.”

“Love our new trade show display we bought from displays2go!! Great design, quick set up and tear down and looks amazing!! My only negative is that they don't have the best communication. I reached out with questions via a phone call and have not got called back. I also sent an email. So customer relations need to be stepped up! Also we ordered a graphic banner for our portable countertop but it was out of stock for weeks, which I think is weird. We ordered it a couple weeks ago but still don't know when we will get it.”

“We received our tabletop retractor banner in time for our event. Displays2go turned our order around very quickly. There was some small cosmetic damage that must have occurred during shipping, maybe sturdier packaging would be a good idea for the future. Overall positive experience.”

“The sign was well packaged and simple to assemble. One issue I see is that it should have an additional hole on the long side to allow the sign to become a landscape vs only a portrait style sign. Also it would be very helpful if the view area was specified on your website. This sign uses 11x17 poster and only 10x16 is actually visible.”

“Displays 2 Go is a great place to buy displays in every price range. I've purchased multiple TV stands from them now for trade shows and I've been pleased every time. Once, I ordered the wrong display mount, and they just let me purchase the replacement mount instead of an entirely new display. They have good customer service and are easy to get a hold of. I have made multiple purchases from Displays2go and have recommended to my connections in tradeshows. Definitely recommend.”

“The order was processed quickly. The product arrived on time. There was one issue. One of the racks was damaged. You customer service person was contacted and a replacement rack was delivered.”

“The ballot boxes we bought lacked a little in the "fit and finish" category. However, the issues were only small and cosmetic. For what we purchased them to do, they are excellent and I would buy more just like them if needed.”

“The kiosks look really nice. The structure needs to be a little stronger. We had to shore up some of the shelves and connections with "L" brackets. We are only a few weeks into the use of them, hopefully the hold up for the long term.”

“My item was backordered for a few months but Displays2go was prompt to let me know when it was back in stock. The initial shipment was missing a part but Customer Services was courteous and efficient and got my part shipped the day I called. Overall it was a good experience.”

“So far so good, directions could have been better for people like us but once we figured it out was better. Would be worried if the monitors were both the bigger size 30" the motion you would get out of it might not be enough. For what he has seems to be working ok for him”

“I feel that I found the best price for the frame that I was looking for. The frame is a nice, plastic poster frame. I like that it came with a foam backing, acetate and hardware attached for hanging on the wall. The acetate arrived scratched in three places, two big and one small. Only the big one is visible and I positioned it at the bottom of the picture, so I decided not to return it. I love having my picture framed and on display! Thank you.”

“My order came quickly and was exactly what I wanted, however the instructions for putting it together were extremely vague. It came with a lot of screws which I think are unnecessary, and I think I need to go to the hardware store to get another part.”
