“I have always had a great experience dealing with Displays2Go the only reason I don't order more often is the shipping costs are so high. In some cases they have been higher than the price of the product which more than doubles my cost- making it not financing feasible.”

“These frames were exactly what I was looking for. They aren?t the highest quality, but they are light weight and inexpensive which is exactly what I needed. They arrived relatively quickly and were very well packed to avoid any damage.”

“We have had excellent experience with Displays2go in the past, which is why we ordered our needed heavy duty acrylic sign holders from them again. Unfortunately, this time all three frames arrived cracked, with no visible damage to the outer shipping box. Not sure what happened from a quality control perspective, but one call to customer service later, new frames were on their way at no cost to us. Mistakes happen, and how they handled it speaks volumes. We'll continue to order from them in the future.”

“I ordered a large flag display case. The display arrived quickly and well packaged. My heart dropped when I unboxed the display. It was painted black as advertised but seemed to have several large gobs of a sticky substance which I imagined to be a clear stain or protectant. It was so bad that I could not bring myself to place an American Flag in such a poor looking display case. I did reach out and was offered a replacement but I had already taken the display to a local woodworker to redo. The company did refund me i full and that convinced me that they are reputable and ensure customer satisfaction.”

“Display case was as described. Delivery was a little odd. A wooden crate on a pallet was simply left on my driveway. Not sure what I paid for.”

“I am only rating the display cabinet as a 4 due to the bottom section nut attachments had come off in shipment and I had to put them back on and tighten the rest of them. The top nuts holding the light rods in place had loosen as well but not to bad. The overall cabinet was packaged great. My recommendation for anyone buying this size cabinet be ready for some serious weight. It took three adults to move this but once it was in place it was and still is awesome!!!”

“Perfect item for the application. Only 4 stars because 3 of the sets were missing hardware. NOT standard hardware. Had to find purchase compatible screws with SMALL head to fit inside diameter of standoff shaft.”

“One of the fixed bolts broke in half while I was tightening the nut. I am no weight lifter. I?m a 69 year old woman. Now I?m afraid to mount the tv on the stand with only three bolts. DISPLAYS2GO made good on the stand. They shipped replacement parts quickly and were very easy to work with. My television is now mounted and looks fine. I did paint it white so that it would blend with my wall. I would give 5 stars if they had a better way to tame all the wires.”

“Working directly on the Displays2go web site was easy and less than other major selling sites you know all too well. The product arrived in good shape and I am impressed with the quality of the item. I cant give it a 5 star only because I have not used the display yet in a sales setting, but I am pleased I made a purchase of a quality product and looking forward to using this over the cheap cardboard displays I was using in open houses.”

“The case is perfect and water tight )tons of rain this week). The only issue was the measurements. 11x17 means the interior dimension. We had a tight space and the exterior measurements are at least an extra inch on all sides - plus there needs to be space on one long side for the door to open/hinge. We found a way to make it work but with only a smidge of a millimeter to spare. Easy to open and add documents. Working well in the first week!”

“Excellent customer service! If you are looking for a 1:18 scale display case, look no further. First one I received was cracked in one corner but shipping box was not damaged. Called customer support and they quickly shipped a replacement at no cost. It arrived with a base that was not quite as nice as the base on the first one, so combined the best of the two cases for one very nice display case. Will definitely be back for more.”

“I am very happy with the display case. Perfect for displaying my collection of glass and china objects. Love the minimalist design and didn't have to worry whether the style would look ok with the rest of the furniture in the room. I would have given 5-stars except that originally only the glass was delivered -- missing the package that had the base and hardware. Also, the glass package was covered in a substance that seemed like black soot. What a mess! Displays to go responded promptly and fedex'd another base. Customer service was great. I managed to put the case together solo without trouble despite the minimal instructions except for the door/hinges which did not seem to fit perfectly into the rest of the case, but I raised the top glass to make room for the door/hinges - not noticeable. There was no instruction on what to do with the plastic strip -- I guess along one edge of the glass, but I didn't bother.”

“Unfortunately our product came with a factory defect, the sliding doors were put on completely wrong, like I am not even sure how they were able to package it because it was so wrong. The back sliding door (the one without the lock) fell right out as we were unpackaging it. I contacted the company who were very helpful. Within a few days we received our replacement at no charge to us. We haven?t unpacked it yet but we trust it will be in good working order.”
