“I love my frames. I ordered the 8x10 frames with the mattes and they make my photos look absolutely gorgeous! The frames look exactly as advertised on the website, so there were no surprises when I opened the box. Speaking of the box, they shipped that packed so well-protected -- it was great! Nothing was damaged, and everything arrived on time as promised. Thanks for a wonderful product, and I'm sure I'll be ordering again.”

“We have ordered pedestal sign holders in the past and were satisfied with the products that we received from your company. This last order of two pedestal stands had several issues. First, the screws were substandard and stripped easily. We added washers so the stands would be stable. The depth for the sign was excessive - we added layers of cardboard so the sign could be read. The frame with it's interlocking tabs and outside screw was much more complicated than your previous version with its folding frame. Please go back to the previous version of this product. The issue with the screws affected both versions, however.”

“I ordered 12 easels for next day delivery, but they were delivered too late for a presentation I was giving. However, Displays2go responded and explained that the delay was due to shipping issues with the carrier. I appreciate their followup and quick response. John F.”

“One of the spin the wheels is defective The iPad is not being used because when we arrived on site the battery was not charges/it's low and also the website is not accessible on the pad .. weird, however it's accessible on my cell phone. Jthe spin wheel is broken. It was broken and stripped the inside screw holes in the wheel that connect it to the stand. Not happy..”

“I paid shipping to order and to return. In today's market of online commerce, you might consider being more competitive with these additional costs. I lost over $12 of the original order shipping and had to pay about that much to return items that would not work for our needs. Spending $25 of wasted fees will now prevent me from considering your site in the future, as I can simply buy from Amazon or search harder to located signage items at local retailer (Office Depot, Staples, etc...)”

“Delivery was quick. Packaging was top notch. Sizing of the display was 8" off! I had to tape an extra 8" to the display which was made to the size shown on the paperwork that came with it.”
