“The product was exactly what we were looking for - we used them at a trade show two days after they arrived (which was extremely quick), and were complimented on them by visitors to our booth! Customer service was also fabulous - I had called to check if the estimated arrival time was correct, since it seemed too fast, and confirmed that it was correct, and was thanked by the woman at customer service for finding Displays2go. I loved that since I was trying to avoid ordering from Amazon and she was grateful we had found them! Great experience all around.”

“The product itself is where I had my issue. I was not sent the right screws to put it together. The instructions I received were awful. It is literally just a drawing of what goes where, but certain parts were already put together. You absolutely cannot put it together with the parts given to you. We needed to break screws off to get parts apart, to attach it to the pole. We also needed our own 7-inch long screwdriver just to screw in the shelf and top section to the pole. The most detailed instructions I received, were for a stand I didn't order. I called customer service, and the woman on the phone was very nice, but I didn't get a call back from the quality team like I requested. I called customer service back a few hours later. They had to ship me the correct screws overnight. This was not a cheap stand. For the amount I paid, I expected better step by step instructions, notification on the instructions that you need other tools to put it together (that are not included), and the correct hardware within the shipment.”

“Heavy, very well made display case, mostly the tempered glass weight. Yes, happy with the final product (Made in Italy); it will provide years of beautiful displaying. Instructions were non-existent, so had to return to the website for a pictogram assembly PDF. Luckily I am a puzzle wizard and assembled the display with no problems. BUT, to the lesser man, it will be a difficult endeavor.”
