“My order is WEB102583791. I got the poster displays and 2 were missing bases and one was missing hardware. Still waiting to get that and i'm still waiting for the rest of my order that never showed up.”

“Sent via ridiculous route (MA to MO to NY), blue protective covering hard to remove?very hard. Customer service slow to respond and totally tone deaf. A good company to avoid.”

“We ordered an eye wear display for slat wall. The order was slow to ship which was OK but when it arrived the eye glass holders had been attached to the wrong side of the display making it useless. Several calls were made only to be put on a never ending hold. Let one message for a return call but never received it. Rack was under $20 so will probably just throw it away as my time is more valuable than that. Will look elsewhere next time.”

“Ballot Boxes. Product is well made and easy to assemble. As with nearly everything cardboard, securing some parts with tape helps. All in all a quality product. Shipping was reasonably priced, and products arrived early. Would I buy again? Yes.”

“Shipping was quicker than expected. Items were as described on web. One thing I noticed in the reviews before purchase was a comment that stickers were on the plastic face that could not be removed without damaging the face. If the directions are read it states to remove the thin protective covering that the stickers are stuck to, when that is done everything looks fine. That review must have been a duhhh moment.”

“The product is great for our purpose. We use the holders in a school, so we needed something that would not easily break and was cost effective. They were shipped and delivered promptly. This is our second purchase from Displays2go and it will not be the last.”

“The pulpit I ordered arrived fairly quickly and looks good. It was very easy to assemble. However I took off one star due to what appears to be a shipping error where there was a dent in the wood top panel that is very visible.”

“Recently, my terminally ill mother saw my Air Force medal and ribbons in a social media post. I've never been one to show off, so for nearly two decades they have been shoved away in a box. My mom told me it was important to be proud of the things I've done in life, not so much to show off but just be reminded of where I've been and what I've done. She told me I should get a display for them as a birthday present from her to me. I assured her if I found a display I liked I would get it. Some time later I found myself looking online and came across one on your site. I sent her the image of it and she told me to get it. So, I did. When I received the package, I was disappointed. From the look of the box, I could tell it had been handled very roughly. I shifted the box and I could feel multiple pieces shifting inside. I carefully unboxed and removed the pieces and tried to assess things to see if I could repair it. I didn't see any way of making it look like it should. I pulled up the information for the order and called in. The representative I spoke with was courteous and helpful. Within a few minutes she assured me a replacement was being sent. She even added that she requested extra padding to ensure the displays protection. Today, I received the new display and it is immaculate. I would like to thank you for standing behind your product even if the fault wasn't on your end. I would definitely do business with you all again.Thanks!”

“I ordered this item on May 22, 2020. today is June 5, 2020. I came to know this order is not even shipped. i tried calling several times it is taking 50-60min before i get to speak to someone. I ended up speaking to john on June 1st he told me my item will be shipping next day but even after 5 more days he told me it is still not shipped. I am very disappointed.”
