“Great product fast service”

“It took several conversations with the customer and your staff to figure out what we needed to do, but with your advice we finally got it narrowed down to something that would work best for what the customer wanted. The finished table cover looks great, and the production time was just as promised. I am still waiting on the second part of the order (retractable banners), but I am sure it takes a little more time. Thank you for your help.”

“The frames all came damaged. They all have bad scratches, the cardboard and plastic front are uneven, the cardboard sides are all torn making it a living nightmare to frame a poster. I got them for a Father?s Day gift. I didn?t have time to ship them back and get a replacement. It ruined my dad?s gift.”

“When I ordered the product it said next day shipping. 2 weeks later no product. I reached out via email no response for 5 days. I called closed for the holiday. When I got an email back, they said they would have to check then no response. I emailed letting them know I had to go a different route and to cancel my order. I finally got an explanation, the supplier didnt have enough of the item to fulfill my order. I then reiterated to cancel my order. Then I received an email about my cancellation. So this email thanking me for my order leaves me a little uneasy that my order was actually cancelled?”

“A bit pricey but great quality and fast I found plenty of similar products at a lower cost, but none seems as quality or could get here in time. Display2Go creates a quality product and in good time as well, despite the challenges of COVID.”

“If it wasn't for our local FedEx office, I never would have received my order. None of your people did what they said they would. I never received any notice that after three months my back ordered item was even back in stock, and that it had shipped and multiple delivery attempts had been made. then I called and asked to have the items held at the FedEx store for me to pick up. I was told only a supervisor could do this and I would receive a call when I could pick it up at a FedEx store across town. It was released, no one called to let me know and it was not at the store I was told it would be. Your customer service leaves a very bad impression of your organization.”

“After speaking with your representative before placing the order, she confirmed the colonial sign holders would fit our medal signs. Unfortunately, these holders do not fit our signs, therefore we had to return the colonial posts. Now we are waiting on our credit card to be refunded. It's been a real inconvenience and disappointing experience.”
