“Service was great. Easy to order and delivery was prompt. The product however was very disappointing. I purchased qty (16) "11 x 14 Wood Picture Frame for Wall, Matted to 8 x 10 - Black (SKU LPF1114BKM)". Between the back close-out board and the mat there are 4 wooden spacers that hold the mat against the glass. These spacers are rough cut from wood and painted black. The spacers shed black wood fibers and paint chips. Even using compressed air, I could not get the glass and white mat free of black wood and paint particle contaminates. Very frustrating. Plastic spacers would work so much better. I would NOT recommend this product unless the spacers were replaced with some other non-contaminating material.”

“We were able to quickly find and easily order what we wanted. I took off one star because one of the mannequin arms was slightly damaged. I am not sure if it was the delivery service that was at fault or if it was shipped out that way. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the look and production quality of the mannequins.”

“I was not sure what to expect; hiwever, this was delivered quickly, very competitively priced and the windows were easy to set up and very sturdy. The only issue was a cracked edge on one of the windows. I kept it since we placed this window where the crack is hidden behind a wall.”

“Product itself was fantastic, no issue with quality or the poster colors being muted by the shield. The plastic expansion sleeves for drywall however were not good quality and I did have a problem with a damaged frame (which they replaced with no problem)as the three I purchased were just banded together in their separate boxes with the face of one of the frames to the outside. It's actually possible that the tight banding damaged the frame.”

“I love this website and I love this product. I received a reservoir dogs movie poster for my birthday and tried a couple of times to get it framed here in Maui. Course when Covid hit that became impossible. I then went to this website to get a do it yourself framing situation and I could not be happier with the way this turned out. I will come back here to do my own framing from now on”
