“Gorgeous product that is well put together. The customer service is beyond amazing. My item was damaged during transit and they replaced the entire display case with no fuse. I highly recommend this company. We love our display. It is so beautiful.”

“Customer service has been helpful, but the replacement piece for my original purchase came broken too. Awaiting a 3rd shipment, not good. Not happy. Product, if came as described would be lovely. We shall see how 3rd shipment comes. Awaiting a reply from customer service on shipment. Sigh.”

“I ordered 3 Ceiling TV Mounts for a job we were doing in a dental office. The mounts worked out perfectly and we were able to hide the wires within the drops of the mounts. The client was happy, so we were happy!”

“Very happy with purchasing new cash counter. Custom seven pieces with two glass displays. Shipped on time and well packaged. Unfortunately one of the glass shelves was broken in transit, this was replaced very quickly with an email. Very happy with the service and price point! Will be doing business again! Thank you!”

“Understandably, the Covid 19 issue has impacted business throughout, but I found it extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone at Displays2go. We almost went with another company because of the lack of being able to get information on this recent purchase. Products are of good quality, but it's hard to get support and parts for them after the sale.”

“I received the wrong items. I have been unable to connect with customer service via either phone or chat. I connected via the Facebook page and was assured that I would be contacted by customer service and that hasn't happened. I would certainly appreciate being contacted to resolve this very unsatisfactory experience.”

“I placed an order for 12 stanchions on June 5th, and was told the order would ship in 2 weeks. I checked in just before they were expected to ship to make sure we were on track, as this was a time sensitive need, but was then told the order would ship on July 2nd. I checked in just before that, and was told they did not have a ship date. So, I ended up ordering from another vendor (that had the same item at a lower price) on July 7th and received them less than a week later. I understand the supply chain has been a mess lately, and that ship dates have been impacted. HOWEVER, I reached out numerous times to Displays2Go without any response, and had to follow up multiple times to get any sort of acknowledgement. The situation could have been handled much better on their end, and wouldn't have left me with such a bad taste, had they at least responded to me.”
