“The ordering processing went as expected. I received NO order conformation email or NO email response to my email asking if the order was received. Phone calls were made asking for the status of my order. Operator had no information and said they have to get back to me. Never received a call back. Part arrived.”

“The ordering was fine, but I ordered on Aug 17th and I have no idea where my order is. I track it on the site but there's no update. It's now Sept 6th and no word. Hence, the 2 stars.”

“Amazing!! I?m obsessed with my easel for my TV. It?s absolutely perfect. It was easy to setup and put together. Pro tip: It comes with everything to mount it so don?t buy a mounting kit.”

“Ordered a +$300 podium. Podium had 2 screws missing that connects to the base. The threads of the socket were dull that when putting in new screws (that we purchased our own) would not connect the podium to the base. They do not check their items before shipping to consumers.”

“I ordered this rolling display rack to hold 2 55" televisions, a display controller, and a camera for a portable videoconferencing system. Everything came in great shape, I had no problems assembling (2 people made it much easier). It has no problems supporting all of the gear and rolling easily.”

“I purchased some literature wall racks for work. The order came quickly. Several weeks later when we needed the racks, we opened up all the boxes to find out one of the racks had a broken literature pocket. I got on their website and did a chat with one of their representatives. Within minutes they had a new literature pocket order placed with no hassle. Great customer service!!! Will do business with again and again.”

“I had been looking for a frame for my picture puzzle for awhile. They either didn't have the size I needed or priced more than I wanted to spend. I happened upon the Displays2go while doing a web search. Not only did they have the size I needed, plus the cost was too good to pass up. I will recommend this site to anyone.”

“We are very happy with the activity table and it is working well. It was a great price, the shipping went just as fast as predicted (box was slightly beat up on arrival but no damage to the table), the table was not too hard to put together (44 screws but doable) and is sturdy (no wobbles) and looks great. Can be adjusted to the perfect height for my 7 year old for virtual school. We were nervous because other reviewers had problems, but we experienced none of them!”

“Item didn't show it was on back order until I had made the purchase. After there was no update on when the item(s) should ship, let alone arrive. So, I called and they said it would be 17 days until I saw them, 21 days later, still no frames...”

“I placed an order for 20 picture frames to do a display wall. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. The support folks were very helpful about how to return and replace with the correct size. Refund went smoothly and the new order arrived in a timely manner. One of the new frames had a scratched glass and they promptly sent a replacement which arrived in two days. All in all, a very pleasant experience despite my initial error. I would definitely recommend ordering from them.”
