“Love the frames.”

“I LOVE my new "waste transfer station"! I live in an NYC apt, with a small kitchen that doubles as the entryway--- so need to pack a lot of usability into something that also looks nice. I switched the function of each container: Use the large/upper one for plastic/glass/metal, because I need more room for that... paper recycling is in one of the small/lower buckets... the other small/lower bucket is for garbage. My apt building requires that I put bagged garbage down a small garbage chute; the small/lower bucket is the perfect size for a used plastic grocery bag, that fits down the chute.... The little "food-waste" container fits perfectly in my fridge door, and prevents it from smelling, or attracting flies/roaches. I'm a one-person household; with this system, I'm able to deal with garbage only once a week! It is well made: little wheels on the lower part make it slide in and out easily; the food-waste container seals nicely.... really, everything about this seems solid! Delivery was fast, and it was well packaged: The box was damaged, a little, several places, but item was pristine!”

“I wasn't able to start my Patio Heater. I tried twice to contact the vendor with no success. Displays2go was right on top of it when I called them and they contacted the vendor for me and got the ball rolling. Now the issue is resolved and I am a happy camper!! And I love my new heater. I would buy through Displays2go again for sure.”

“How about a No Star!!! It was late delivery over 3 weeks. No Allen key an more importantly NO CLEAR SNEEZE SCREEN ATTACHED TO THE ROLLER. So surprised at displays 2go done business in the past with good results. I?m going to give this order a pass because of COVID-19 And cooperative customer service”

“I have now ordered two display cabinets. The second one was much larger than the first. Both are lighted and really look great. I am amazed that both all glass units showed up without a scratch within a week of placing the order. Shipping two all glass units across the United States was a bold endeavor.”

“Since my mom's passing I found some 4x6 prints of the two of us and wanted to put them in a single frame, and what I had in mind was just what Displays2go had available. I was surprised how many other online stores didn't have the triple frame I found here. It's perfect for the pictures and it fits perfectly next to the framed photos of my dad. “Unfortunately there is a lack of communication between departments. The print team continually printed wrong items over and over again, with a blatant disregard of instructions from a supervisor for a reprint of our replacement order. We have yet to receive the correct order for our reopening after covid. We are not the first client to experience this issue according to other customer reviews of these products. Beyond disappointing and frustrating. There needs to be PHONE-CALL communication with the print/design team. Not emails. Supervisor even states that she cannot understand why they continue to do this for many customers. How can you know that your company operates like this and be ok with it? Unacceptable service, especially for the hundreds of dollars we put out. Design team needs a complete overhaul in addition to a COMMUNICATION OVERHAUL BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS.”

“In the end, I got the 3 frames I ordered and the packaging was good, with no damage to them. It was frustrating, though, because online the black frames were showing as in stock when I ordered them. Weeks later I finally contacted the company to check on the order status and was told the black were out of stock (and would be for 110 days). The representative was able to switch the color to silver and they shipped quickly after that, but I'm not sure why Displays2go didn't contact me about the situation. I would consider buying here again, but I would be wary of the stock being correct online. Edited to add: I really appreciate that the company took the time to respond to my review. I also got a quick response (and resolution) during my online chat attempt. Customer service can be very spotty these days, so Displays2go?s efforts are really nice to experience. I?m going to bump my rating from 3 to 4 and I do feel more comfortable buying from them now.”

“Finally had the chance to set up the chip display rack. Had a little difficulty putting it together - the bolts do not always screw in easily and the shelves are not always interchangeable, but with a little patience and a tiny bit of work it all comes together. The rack was actually larger than I expected and held considerably more product - which is a good thing. I like this item.”
