“I had bought a display. When we received it it was bent in the back and missing a wingnut. I had written a review regarding this. They emailed me and offered to send a new one free of charge. This kind of customer service went above and beyond!! The second one came without any problems.”

“The product was supposed to ship in a week. I followed up after 10 days only to learn that there was a 4 - 5 week delay. There was no proactive communication about this, so I cancelled the order.”

“shipping is terrible, took over 18 days to receive the goods. customer service is non existent, never answer phone, takes three days to get a useless email reply. everything made in China and packaging looks like it just fell off a boat onto a dock and then run over by a truck.”

“I ordered patio heaters from these people on 9/11, said it was 7 days out. Obviously I was going to be patient with Covid. When I called today, almost 3 weeks since I ordered, telling me it's now 3-4 months out. Thanks for nothing!”
