“The display case is beautiful, however the bottom corner was damaged when it was delivered. We are able to cover it with electrical tape, but for how much the case was it should not of had a chipped corner. There are also some scratches in the glass, but fortunately they are in the back. Upon arrival, they have you sign off that it isn?t damaged, but it?s wrapped so tightly and physically strapped and nailed to a shipping pallet that while doing my once over I couldn?t see the damage until after it was fully unwrapped. Our damage was behind the boards holding it to the pallet. I recommend not signing off until you have it completely exposed the entire case, which will take some time and make the driver wait. It was very dirty when it arrived, but nothing some windex couldn?t fix. The lights work great and illuminate everything very nicely. Overall, the display case is very nice, I just wish I caught the damaged corner and back scratches.”

“I purchased a snap frame in which I wanted to frame a 30"X 40" puzzle. I wasn't sure if it would work since everything I read about it was for poster prints. I asked my question of the customer services folks who told me that they thought it would work. I purchased the frame at a very reasonable rate and it works great. Thanks for the help and the great product.”

“I recently purchased 4x6" PVC clear sleeves (holders) from your company. I am completing your online feedback form but by separate email I wanted to enclose a few pictures of how I used your product. We are avid cruise ship travelers and have a large World Map in a hallway with pins to indicate ports we have visited and small photos of the ships we traveled on. I used your fine product to surround the map with a representative photograph of each and every port we have visited to date. That is what you will be seeing in the photographs sent separately. Your versatile sleeves were used horizontally as well as vertically. They were fixed to the wall with double-sided tape. Sorry for the poor quality of the photos, the hallway is very narrow and impossible to get a better view. Your product was superb and provided a great value. Thank you. Tommie Vaughn”

“I love it, and intend to keep it. I can't accuse you of false advertising because the description was clear that it accepted umbrella poles up to 1" diameter. I should have done my homework. As of today, I have not found an umbrella with a pole less than 1-1/2". I've decided to purchase an umbrella of my choice, with no consideration of diameter of the pole. Then I will increase the size of the hole in the base with a grinder or sander. It's made of good sturdy plastic and should be able to withstand the pressure of a grinder. If not, I tried. And the price was very reasonable so I will not ask for a refund if it cracks or breaks!”

“The ballot boxes we bought lacked a little in the "fit and finish" category. However, the issues were only small and cosmetic. For what we purchased them to do, they are excellent and I would buy more just like them if needed.”

“Bought a sneeze shield that was backordered (due in 6 days) but it came earlier, with fast shiiping. Item is exactly as described. Haven't used it yet, so my only worry is that it will scratch easily, but that depends on the person cleaning it to be careful not to scratch it.”

“We placed an order for a protective counter shield several weeks ago and were hoping to receive it in a week but when we called to check on delivery we were told we may not receive it until late June. We know demand has been high but were hopeful of receiving it much sooner because our health department requires it.”
