“I received an immediate response letting me know that my order wouldn't arrive by the date requested based on the delivery method selected. The amazing customer service representatives, Francesca De La Cruz and Joan Dacosta still made sure that it was adjusted despite the fact that I wasn't able to return the call until a few minutes after the initial deadline to make the change. Thanks to them, I received everything on schedule! It's not that easy to find great customer service anymore, it's great to see that it still exists here! THANK YOU!!”

“I had an excellent experience with their customer service when I called regarding an easel I ordered. One of the legs of the easel looked like it had been scuffed prior to shipping. The team responded really quickly and the process was smooth. The four out of five stars is because the holes drilled into the easel to put it together were poorly done. What should've been an extremely easy process of construction became a very difficult process as the easel could not be constructed because the holes were not allowing the bolts and screws to be properly placed.”

“My first easel was wrongly assembled at the factory in China. The customer service rep said 'Keep it. Send us pictures of the defective assembly, and we'll send you a new easel.' They did. Quickly. All is good.”

“They had exactly what we were looking for at a very fair price....that was until shipping was calculated at $129 for a package smaller than 18"x12"x10" and less than 10lbs. We still ordered but shipping made the price a lot less competitive.”

“Displays2go shipped my order very promptly. The provided tracking # indicated our 2 items were received by FedEx. After several days of tracking & not seeing any updates, I sent 2 e-mails to Displays2go's customers service e-mail address found at the bottom of their web site. Both e-mails came back as undeliverable. Not a good thing! Fortunantely ONE of our 2 pieces arrived before I attempted a phone call to complain. FedEx failed to deliver both packages together. A phone call to them assured me the second package was on the truck for delivery that day, & it was. The inability to get my e-mails thru has left a "bad taste in my mouth".”

“The tablecloth itself is nice material, with a decent grade of heat transfer on it, but it arrived pretty dirty. The box it was shipped in was very flimsy and had several holes and tears in it by the time it got here. The cloth itself wasn't wrapped or sealed in plastic, so from all the dirt and dust in the back of the FEDEX truck, the cloth got pretty dirty. I'm hoping it will wash out, but I wasn't expecting to have to wash it before I even got to use it.”

“I ordered a display case for a 3x5 flag. I did not check the dimensions of the case before ordering it because I knew my flag was 3x5. The case is more than 2" wider than the folded flag. When I spoke to a representative, she told me that I must be folding the flag wrong and said sometimes customers say their flag is too big for their cases. The representative reduced the restocking fee from 20% to 5%, but in the end I was out shipping, return shipping, and the restocking fee for a case that is 2? wider nearly every other case available online for 3x5 flags. I can?t say that the display I bought was misrepresented because the dimensions are listed on the product details page, but I view this as the equivalent of an 8.5x11 picture frame being marketed as fitting a picture that?s 8x10.”

“I recently ordered the 20" Portable Podium with Knockdown Design, 46.75" tall - Black. I received the product quickly and it seems to be in working order. I was satisfied with the product, but the carrying bag leaves much to be desired. It is one open pocket for all of the pieces. Using the bag in this manner I'm sure would result on all kinds of scrapes and damage to the podium parts and quickly render the podium unusable due to its appearance. I created a card-board insert into the supplied bag which holds the pieces separately and protects them from each other. I would be happy to supply pictures of my creation which is basically the size of a 28" TV box inserted into the supplied bag and then some other cardboard taped to the inside and outside to create all 4 compartments. If a solution to the carrying case were resolved, I'd give it 5 stars. As it is, with the likelihood of the pieces being easily marred in storage and transport, I had to go with 3 stars.”

“Purchased this online and got a speedy delivery. The product was not as pictured. The telescoping piece was like a periscope in a submarine being very thick which we found to be a distraction if hung in the kitchen over the island. The photo of it showed it to be a thinner mount. It was returned.”
