“The mount came dusty, and with a clean rag was easily cleanable. Without a paper template, and no drywall brackets, it took 2 hours, lots of measuring, and a hardware store visit. Being off by 1/2" made the rework frustrating. A nice unit but tricky to install.”

“I ordered this item, "TV Stand with Adjustable Shelf, Fits 37"-70" Monitors, Locking Wheels ? Black", SKU: LM1021BC3. The purchasing and dealing with displaystogo.com was fine. The product was not, however. The long poles that were part of the stand had a poorly welded part that made it impossible to put together. To their credit displaystogo send me a new set of poles right away after I sent them a picture of the bad one. Good customer service. The new poles were still not welded correctly, but they were good enough to barely get this thing together, so I left it at that. I would recommend displaystogo, but not that particular product.”

“I was looking for sturdy picture frames without glass because they would be shipped to teachers and in K-8th grade classrooms. Until Display2go, I couldn't find what I wanted. Their product photos were clear and informative (versus the multiple pictures of the same item on so many other sites!) and included details on how to "open" the frame to insert new signage. The product is made of metal and solid plastic and was NOT made in China. The price was competitive and the product arrived on time. I will be back to purchase 600 of these frames!”

“I was happy with the turn around time, and the helpfulness of the design staff in getting my artwork proofed for my custom table cloth. It was a little pricey but I liked the versatility of the custom table cloth we selected as well as the customer service.”

“Not sure where my order shipped from, but I received it the day right aftere I ordered it! My LED board is exactly what I wanted and price well... so glad I found this company. Just one 'but'.... the minimum quantity for the markers is 2 packages at $16 each, so $32 just for the markers. Should have waited and bought them at Staples... cheaper and I could buy them 1 at a time as needed. Still... I'll be doing business here again... great turn around time!”

“I ordered a flat screen mounting bracket which purported to rotate 360 degrees and to accommodate screens up to 70". The mounting brackets which affixed to the back of the screen were only minimally adjustable and, once installed, placed the rotational hub off center from top to bottom so when the screen is turned 90 degrees it is weighted to one side of center and will not stay oriented as desired. There is a so called "locking" mechanism consisting of a spring loaded button which will not hold the screen in any position. I will be returning my purchase.”

“The quality of the stand is excellent. It's not made of flimsy materials. Glass and metal components are high quality. The only suggestions I have are, 1) Better instruction manual 2) plastic or rubber grommets/seals where power and A/V cables route through the stand. And finally, there is an opening at the top of the stand that isn't large enough for a HDMI cable to pass through. I will file this opening to allow for better routing through the top to the TV.”

“I almost didn?t order from Displays2go based on the many negative reviews on many other review sites. However, most of the negative reviews were from dealing with their customer service. I was hoping my order would not need any calls to their customer service. My order was delivered by FedEx with any issues. The order was complete, luckily there were no missing or defective parts. The packaging could have been better because one of the pieces was rubbing on another and the black paint was scratched very badly. I didn?t want to deal with their customer service so the four start rating. 5-29-2015 I received a voicemail and e-mail reply back from Displays2go Customer Service with an offer for a part replacement. The requested photos of the damage to confirm the scratched parts. As I said before, I did not want to deal with their customer service based on previous reviews but it appears the customer service is much better now. I choose not to have the part replaced because the part is in back where you wouldn?t normally see it. This was on a mobile TV stand and it has a 100LB monitor mounted on it. It would be too much work to unmount the monitor, disassemble the stand and ship it back for replacement. I can?t comment on parts replacement because I haven?t experienced that aspect of their customer service. However, I will recommend Displays2go to others and will purchase from them in the future.”

“As a former professional photographer, i know how hard it is to translate what you see on the screen into a printed object. Make that object 8 feet high and 10 feet wide and you have a tall order. The Trade show display that I just received exceeds all my expectations. It's amazing! It's also easy to set up. Great!!”
