“Although the first item arrived shattered, the customer service provided to me was excellent. The item was needed for a charity fundraiser and the customer service representative sent a replacement immediately. That item was not delivered because the delivery service could hear the broken glass rattling in the box. I notified Displays2go and another dome was sent by overnight mail. That dome also arrived shattered. The company and I agreed we would cut our losses and not try for a 4th dome, plus it wouldn't arrive in time for the fundraiser. So, even though I didn't receive my order, each customer service representative I dealt with was kind, understanding, and extremely helpful.”

“I purchased 4 for my retail music store. They classed up the display so much, I purchased 4 more last month and am calling them tomorrow to purchase 6 more. Previously we had tags on all the instruments, but it just looked cheap so we went to these display signs and it really makes our display look sharp.”

“The rotating stand I bought broke the first day of use. Poor design with the tiny screw holding it upright and terrible anchor pin holding the rotating display. It rocked all over the place until the whole thing fell over on a customer. Worst purchase ever! That said, I've purchased from Displays2go and have never had a problem until now.”

“We purchased 400 square feet of flooring from you. After 4 days the floor has completely peeled up! Literally will never be able to use it again. It’s been embarrassing and nothing I can do in the middle of a show!”

“Horrible experience, they lied about being a Canadian company, delayed my product, tells me I had "other shipping options" which they don't. Doesn't take any accountability Service rep was slow as molasses to deal with.. I have the transcript .. offered NO help DO NOT USE - I will NEVER use again”
