“I ordered a floor mounted drop box for our Real Estate office. When it arrived it was bent pretty extensively. So much that the lid would not close. I called Customer service and instead of a replacement they offered to reimburse me about 10%. I contacted our maintenance team and they said they could repair it (except paint) for $75.00. The company agreed and reimbursed us the 15% to cover cost of repair. Awesome customer service, willing to work with us to satisfaction.”

“The tall 24" x 42" cocktail table and 22" x 28" poster stand are both rock solid, as well as easy to assemble and disassemble. They were perfect for our application. Both exceeded my expectations.”

“There are many exhibition display vendors. Displays2Go happened to have a novel element that worked perfectly for us. Their graphics department whipped our rudimentary design concept into a beautiful custom wrap in less than an hour. Plus they provided all other components in our 20x20 booth. And I had them ship everything directly to the conference, so I was unable to inspect them. Of course I was nervous. But everything was done on time, as promised, and shipped without error. When we set up the booth everything was perfect! It was my first time working with Displays2Go, but it won't be my last.”

Sadly, we unwrapped the plastic wrap from around the display case this morning to insert the historic book, and discovered the crack visible in the attached picture. “You provided me a quote that was Tax Exempt. The charge you submitted to my Credit Card included Tax. It's taking . . . for . . . ever . . . to get a refund. Getting a refund was/is frustrating. Couldn't answer how long . . . still hasn't been processed. Fingers crossed.”

“I ordered ona holiday so when displays2go processed my order they wouldn't honor the 10% off. I left a note when ordering and no one reached out to me so i called and explained only to be told no. So i going to return the display and order from another company. Waste of time.”

“Love the product, they are very nice quality and a reasonable price. This was a replacement order, as the first shipment wasn't packed well and 4 of the 7 pamphlet stands were damaged. Second shipment arrived in perfect condition and properly packaged. Thank you for the quick response and delivery of the replacements.”
