“All was great. Light was good, easy to put together, shipped fast, proof process was fast, helpful phone staff. But, when I got the banner and tested it, the picture proof did not account for the poles which the fabric wrapped around. The text printed on the banner looked fine in the proof, but wrapped around the pole when put together so people had a hard time reading it. The proof process needs to show poles and how the text /pictures will curve around it. Now I need to order two new fabrics, larger margins. In a conference where every other booth looked perfect, we looked a little sloppy.”

“I'll share a comment from my boss after he set up the literature rack at a trade show, "The literature rack is fantastic! By far, the best one I've ever used. “Even though we had issues with our order and needed a refund, Displays2Go was quick and easy to work with. The product packaging and the assembly instructions were confusing and difficult, hence the reason for the return and two stars off. In addition, one of my colleagues actually got cut while trying to help me put together a poster holder. For packaging and instructions, Displays2Go has caused me and my team pain and suffering. But the delivery and service were great!”

“The persistent effort to get feedback, and I mean persistent, is a complete pain in the ass. I wrote feedback when I purchased the one item, that turned out to be too large for my use. Never again, and now I will block the website on my email permanently.”

“I absolutely love Displays2go! Everyone always compliments the appearance of my art booth at craft fairs. I have 4 panels that I use to hang my framed artwork. The displayers are sturdy, yet they are simple and elegant! I recently ordered two additional panels for when I do larger shows. They arrived damaged due to shipping - displays2go was fantastic! They handled everything so professionally and really took great care of me! Thank you so much displays2go!”

“I love your products and have been a customer for years, but shipping is absolutely insane and has made it to where I am currently looking elsewhere for my stand-off needs. For example, I paid $329.8 for 20 small boxes of stand-offs and the shipping came to $131.92. That means the shipping cost is almost half (40%) of the price of your product. In an age where shipping is so affordable elsewhere, I can't imagine that your business model is sustainable. I hope you partner with more affordable shipping companies, but if not, I will not be able to keep purchasing from you.”

“These signs are great. We bought replacements for the ones that we originally have because after awhile outdoors, they do break down, but they look great! They are a bit pricey which I am not a fan of, but they do what I need them to.”
