“They delayed popup printing by 2 weeks and never communicated this to me. If you work with event deadlines you know how stressful it is. I had to call them multiple times to only find out that the order was never released for printing. The rep (James) didn't even apologize and acted like it's totally okay! I now have to find another vendor who can do rush printing for me. Communication is key and if they notified me at the beginning that they can't meet the deadline (I sent for production 4 weeks before the delivery date!) I would be able to find a solution. I just can't rely on them.”

“Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy! The hardest part was getting the box open--so much tape! (: Recommendation: hang up the top piece with your poster and then clip the bottom part after it's hanging. Looks great!”

“Great display case for our new CD! However, we bought the two-tier, based on the description that each level would hold 5 CDs. We definitely wanted to display/store 10 CDs, which is why we went with this product. But since our CD is in a "wallet" as opposed to a jewel case, each level actually fits 10 CDs for a total of 20. Not a drawback if your retailer has the space, but if we had known we could have fit 10 CDs in the single tier, that's what we would have purchased. All in all, a great little product at a decent price.”
