“I’ve answered these requests for feedback in the past. We have brought you thousands of $ in business recently and you run specials all the time on rotating items but when we ask for some sort of discount for resale you offer “zero”. You’re not the only place for these items and will probably look elsewhere in the future.”

“Great quality products, huge selection to choose from, competitive pricing, easy-to-navigate website, super fast shipping and an excellent customer service department... basically, there is no need to shop anywhere else! I have been ordering from Displays 2 Go for several years now and have been pleased with every purchase. My most recent order was for a two panel free standing grid wall system that arrived extremely damaged and beyond repair (this was a shipping issue, NOT a product issue) and as soon as I contacted Displays 2 Go about the problem, they immediately and without question sent out a replacement item which arrived the very next day in pristine condition. Thank you Displays 2 Go! You are now and forever will be my number one go-to place for anything display related.”

“Incorrect item was ordered and I called to cancel the order, which was confirmed by a customer service rep. The order was sent anyway and when I sent it back and was told that I would get a full refund, they deducted for shipping (both ways).”

“Shipping was fast, build was easy and the product itself seems solid, but the front piece came with some knicks in it. Not ideal, but didn't want to have to deal with disassembling, packing, and shipping back. A little black nail polish or sharpie should do the trick.”

“ordered (62) Poster frames. shipped and received them quickly. (4) frames arrived without poster trim and were unable to use. Displays2go is reimbursing us for the (4) oddball frames.”

“I ordered 10 signs and 8 out of 10 were scratched. Displays2Go was responsive and gave me a partial refund but I would have rather had better product than the refund.”
