Hi D2G, The ordering process went smoothly, but the delivery could use some improvement. The display case came on two rickety pallets that were sitting on a 45 degree angle. Very precarious. And we were under the impression that installation was part of the delivery service, but we may have imagined that. In any case, we installed with four members of our team. It was a nail-biter, but we got through unscathed! -Chris & Rebecca

The person we worked with does not respond in a timely fashion to emails. She’s currently not responded at all. The design she did was very child like when we sell alcohol and childlike seems inappropriate. We’ve still not been refunded as she will not respond to our request. Defiantly will not use your services in the future.

I ordered a product that was in stock online, only to be told that it was out of stock over a week later. Then once I had found another product elsewhere to substitute (scrambling), I'm told that Displays2Go did in fact have stock. Additionally, the artwork proofing took extra days to respond vs. what is committed to on the website.

Purchased a monitor mount that enabled me to hang a monitor from the roof of a book case. It arrived quickly and was well made with all of the required mounting hardware. The only issue I had was with the instructions. The mounting arm needed to be rotated about 30 degrees and it wasn't obvious how to do this as the four small set screws that needed to be loosened were not mentioned in the otherwise good instructions. I figured it had to be possible, so after studying it for a few minutes gave that a try and it worked.

The digital review process took 2 weeks and one of my proofs had a font substitution which I noticed and could fix. The shipping was expedited so I didn't miss my event (came in the day of the event) which made me nervous BUT I realized that other banners had font substitutions but it was too late to get it fixed. I place the order 3 week prior to my event to insure that everything went ok. I have used your service prior and have not had any issues until now.

Good variety of items - unfortunately, some of the display cases we were interested in were out of stock. Items received have been excellent, well packed and easy to assemble .

I was very pleased with service. I ordered some sign letters that my pastor had tried to order at a sign/lettering store, and was told they didnt have size needed. My order arrived much qucker than anticipated. I definitely would use again.

I had a original problem with the purchase and S&H. The product I purchased was about $8.95, but the S&H was $13.95. Their senior customer service specialist reached out to me and agreed that the S&H was too high! She refunded me $10 for the S&H. Wow. That's first class service there. Thank you, Displays2Go.
