“I was very please with the sooner than expected turn time and shipping time and was thrilled when it was coming in early. However, when we went to install it at Ochsner, the logo was imprinted upside down and backwards when you put the front pane on the podium. I called to get a replacement and was told it would be June 8th before you could ship it out due to no clear acrylic in stock. This was very disappointing and my client is not pleased.”

“I installed the twin monitors display in order to free up desk space in the audio/video booth at our church. I was not there when the two operators for sound and projection came up and they were very impressed by what they saw. 'Perfect!' was what they called the setup and it got back to me quickly. They were very happy and so am I! Besides it was priced reasonably for what all it did for us. Two thumbs way up there!”

“Product delivered on time and arrived as displayed on website. Delivery charges are high, but that's not a problem that I can blame them for. Online customer service was also excellent and very helpful. Will use them again.”

“While the sign is as portrayed on the website, the assembly quality is lacking. There appears to have been two small applications of glue to hold the sign in the fixture. Within a month, this sign fell out of the fixture.”

“Ordered several cocktail tables with covers for a work event. Very impressed with how sturdy they are and how incredibly elegant they look with the black covers. We have limited storage, so the fact they fold up and take up very little space is appreciated. I just placed an order for additional tables.”

“We ordered several items and paid extra to have them delivered to our high-rise building dock area. We gave Displays2Go the dock hours and specific height of the dock. They sent a truck that could not deliver and had to return the following day with a van. Then, we find out that they shipped us the WRONG items. They notified us that the shipment would be ready for pickup last week on Thursday so we hauled the items back down to the dock, printed a BOL and no one showed up Thursday or Friday. Now we are getting notified from the building security that the items MUST be picked up today or we will have to haul them back up to our suite. The replacement parts are supposed to arrive tomorrow???”

“Received the shipment but unfortunately it was not complete. Three boxes were received first and days later I received the fourth box. Some of the parts needed to assemble the displays were missing; not included in the shipment. I have emailed and requested the missing parts but still have not received them.”
