I ordered a pair of the leather look gladiator sandals, and was so happy when they arrived...however after having them less than 2 weeks (and only wearing them 3 times) they have both completely split in half across the soles. Upon contacting DLSB and providing photo evidence of how bad they were I was advised they were aware of a 'manufacturing fault' on this style of sandal (along with other styles), yet only offered me 40% refund. The only way I could obtain a full refund was to return the faulty item, but I had already gotten rid of the box and packaging after the first wear, and have no postage label. I also do not have time to try and source alternative packaging and get to a post office. I also requested a replacement pair of shoes to be sent as an alternative to a refund, but this too was declined. I am unsure why I should be inconvenienced even further when they are well aware they have sent me faulty shoes in the first place. The quality of the product is appauling, and their lack of assistance to rectify their error is very bad service. I have since saw several comments on their social media saying they too have had shoes that have split in half accross the sole (yet these comments seem to disappear). Be cautious when purchasing as the quality of the products may cost you more in the long run!

Quality shocking for the price. I've had better items off shien. Don't get me started on the customer service. Ignoring mails then blocking me cos I posted pictures of a top I bought and wore once and wash according to label instructions on a 30 cycle. Print washed off. Been told I can have partial refund. Now there not answering my messages again. Trading standards next i think.

Fanastic quick deliverey however Material is absolutely shocking nothing like the pictures or vedios. Such poor quality do not purchase .

Customer service was shocking. I purchased an item that turned faulty after an hours wear. They refused the right to send back the FAULTY item ! Never ever ever will I shop with them again! - please save yourself the hassle and don’t shop with them!

Shocking customer service!! will be reporting to trading standards!! almost impossible to get through to! As others have said refunds take so long to process and that includes pushing them along to sort this! After 7 days the refund should be back in my account within the next 3-5 days but they have refunded me £4.99 less even with taking the postage off, absolutely disgusting will never use again and the clothes look so cheap. I sent the item back next days with tags so I am unsure why the different has occurred.

Bad customer service and quality of the clothes awful..especially at the price they charge. I purchased a long shacket and after only wearing a handful of times it has started to fray and come apart at the seams. When I contacted customer service and sent them photos of the faulty item, their response was "as it had past the 28day refund there was nothing they can do". AVOID!! not wasting a single penny on on this company. The quality of clothes is extremely poor and expensive price tag. Greedy company.

Absolutely shocking customer service, no reply to numerous emails sent and the wait time for refund (even though the order was cancelled within hours of going through, so the item hadn’t even left the warehouse) is seriously ridiculous!! Would NEVER EVER order from this company again, and I will make dam sure that non of my friends or family ever do!!

Ordered a star cardigan and it hadn’t been finished properly. All the threads hadn’t been cut and looked as though it could unravel at any minute. I emailed DLSB and their response was “the suppliers forgot to cut the threads off! Really!!!!! Very poor quality item. To add insult to injury, when I returned the cardigan back in the prepaid bag provided, they deducted the postage from my refund! Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs - if I could give a NO star I would have!

Awful company. Ordered a fringe jacket and it came incomplete. The belt was missing even though it states in the description that it’s included. I emailed them about it and they offered me a partial refund of 30% and that they don’t have any spare belts. Complete bullsh*t, not to mention I paid £50 for the cheapest jacket I’ve ever received. Could have got a better quality jacket from wish. Avoid this company at all costs. Basically a scam. Felt like a cheap costume. And looks awful without the belt as there are belt loops attached the the jacket so it’s obvious somethings missing. Can’t even wear the bloody thing.

I bought a three piece loungewear outfit for my daughter's Christmas. Unfortunately, she didn't like it as it didn't fit and returned it. It has been with your company since January 17th and as yet I have received no refund or in store credit. I have emailed twice and received no response or acknowledgement. As someone who has trained staff on good customer service I find this to be extremely poor and not what I would expect. An automated email upon receipt of the returned item giving a time frame for a refund or store credit should be issued. Any emails from disgruntled customers should also be acknowledged. I doubt I will shop with you again. Extremely disappointed.

How long you wait for a refund really let’s this company down and the fact they deduct the return fee from your refund. Most companies offer free returns.

Their clothes are great - unless they break. Then they have no interest in refunds. Their ‘clause’ is you can’t return what’s been worn, even if it’s fallen apart on the 3rd wear. To me this just shows a total lack of regard for their customers and a no f*cks given attitude. I won’t buy from them again - moving forward, I’ll stick to grown up clothing websites.

This is the first time using DLSB i placed an order on 23rd of November and still havent received it yet or a tracking number, the money has came out of my account, i am very disappointed in this service as these items are christmas gifts.

Made a big order money left my account I was told not all items are in stock I have to wait 3/4 weeks for them to come back in I would of rather they sent what was in stock, no update no reply to my emails no contact number I’ve been waiting nearly 6 weeks which I understand there is delays but someone could of contacted me and explained what Is going on they have the worst customer service considering the prices they charge.

I would personally avoid .... all the clothes look great on the website but when they arrive the quality is cheap .. the sizing is awful I’m a 8/10 and it’s also way too big and baggy stretchy material ... like market stall standard except they are charging high prices ... and they basically don’t do refunds ... don’t waste your money

AVOID! Unless you never want to be refunded. Complete shambles of a company that is clearly struggling as refunding customers is a huge issue for them!! Save your time & money and shop elsewhere
