“I’ll be honest I haven’t received my order yet, I already have a beach towel and I’m a big fan, what a fabulous company! However when you ask Royal Mail to re deliver on a Saturday and they try on a Tuesday when you’re at work it’s a little grating. I’ve only left feedback as I would like a chance to win back the value of my order, surprised I was asked to be honest. One day it’ll arrive, I believe!”

“Dock and Bay service was brilliant- unfortunately the product was not. whilst the turban towel did absorb the water, my hair was still soaking wet after 30 minutes and made no reduction to drying time. I then found that the towel had reached maximum absorbency and had water running down my face and neck. Suffice to say I do not recommend this product and will not be buying again.”

Hi Caroline, That's not the best 😢 I've found the wrap works best when my hair isn't very wet, after I've spent some time detangling and putting product in it. “Lovely towels, they were gifts so not sure how well they work but look nice and are small for travelling. One thing I would say however is that they were not folded very neatly and not much care taken in the packing of the towel inside the pouch, and there was the odd thread on the outside of the bag. I think that when opening for the first time it would give a nicer feeling for the recipient and improve positive experience and greater feeling of quality of the item if the presentation was improved, especially when the towels are not cheap. It makes them look cheaper than they really are just by sloppy folding and bagging. I ordered a couple of towels as gifts last March and they were packaged beautifully. But not so this time unfortunately.”

“I didn't get chance to use my beach and cooling towel as it did not arrive in time for my holiday. :( However, I loved the pattern, size and it seems like it will be a great product. Looking forward to hopefully using it soon.”

Hey David, I'm sorry our towels weren't for you but thanks for giving us a try 😊 We appreciate any feedback you might have 💛 Our towels are thinner because they are super lightweight and quick-drying, but if you're looking for something slightly thicker, I would suggest checking out our Home Collection! The Home Collection feels a little different to the rest of our towels as it is a thicker waffle material 🤩

“The towel is fine. The best thing about it is that it takes so little space in my case. The worst? It isn’t efficient at drying you at all. Plus it stays soaking for ages, pretty much all day! I found that really annoying tbf. It feels more like a lovely blanket than a towel. Great company though!”

“The towels are fantastic. Ordered 6 to take on vacation, even paid for express shipping, had chats and email conversations with staff from Dock & Bay to make sure my order would be here before vacation and they all agreed that it would be. Unfortunately, the day before I left for vacation I received an email saying my package wouldn’t arrive until the following Monday. So, at the last minute I had to travel 45 minutes from home to go purchase some from a store front. Was very disappointed in that respect. But again, the towels are fantastic - did not hold sand and they dried quickly!”

“Great service and colourful range of products. We were disappointed with the hair towel - whilst a great fit and securely fastened - it wasn’t as adsorbent as twirling versions. So left long hair quite wet.”

“A good selection but maybe would’ve liked more designs. And my order did take a week to arrive, which is fine but I’m used to receiving things much quicker. I like the website, it’s super easy to navigate and to know exactly what you’re buying.”

“The Poncho is great, but the reason for only giving you 3 Stars is: It would have helped to recommend to your customer to order a size bigger than normal, to give you more mobility to change, as I find it a bit tight. I'm a size 10 - 12 and ordered medium”

“I really like the poncho except for the colour, it’s a shade of black that just makes it look very old and like it’s been left in the sun for too long, and not in a good way… also it would be great if the hood and neck opening were a bit bigger.”
