“The poncho towels are a good size for changing under after open water swimming, they are thin and fold up really small to allow space in my kit bag for multiple swims in one day. The drawstring pouches also double up as wet bags to keep my wet kit and dry kit separate in my backpack. The fabric really draws the moisture away from your skin very quickly, helping you to get dried and changed quickly to enable you to warm up again. The problem with these towels is the stitching on the seams from the underarms to the bottom edge of the poncho - it is really not well done at all. This stitching has started to come apart on all three of my towels during first day of use. It really needs to be reinforced/much stronger. The towels are very expensive, and for the price I would have expected them to be of very high quality and last a really long time. I am going to have my poncho towels professionally repaired by a sewist because I was impressed with how quickly they drew the moisture away from my skin and how many I can fit in my kit bag, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the stitching, especially with how expensive the poncho towels are.”

“I had to return an item because it didn't fit. After waiting 3 weeks, I had to contact Dock & Bay. I was refunded within 3 hours ,however this should not happen.”

“The towels all packed in the bags look lovely. I’ve ordered them for holiday coming up on 6th March, however think will take a while to get used to them as so thin, but I realise design is for a reason, so will hopefully be pleased with them. Disappointed I missed out on free bag offer, just after my order!”

“Loved the products, the XL beach towel was fantastic, however the set I ordered came and one of the products wasn’t the colour I ordered. Luckily I didn’t mind the one they sent but could have been a problem if I ordered them closer to Christmas and needed and exchange!”

“I’ve wanted these towels for years and finally got two for my kids swimming lessons. Unfortunately I’d say they aren’t ideal for swimming lessons and when wet they become really cold and uncomfortable for the kids. Our old quick dry towels weren’t like this. Will still use but I’m glad I got in the sale rather than paying full price.”

“Der Stoff aus dem Recyclingmaterial ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Er ist zwar weich, aber ich persönlich empfinde das Plastik-Gefühl als unangenehm. Ich weiß jetzt, dass ich Baumwolle bevorzuge. Wäre der Rückversand nicht so teuer, hätte ich es zurückgegeben.”

“Love the design on all the towels I ordered .However I had a problem with one of the hand towels it didn't measure the size stated so it was smaller than my other hand towels.Contacted customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement sadly this was just the same as the first one .Contacted customer service again and promptly sent me a replacement again. I went for a different design this one was fine .Customer service was excellent.I am yet to use the towels as ordered for a holiday.Lovely patterns on the beach towels.”

“I like that the towels are large and lightweight and they look and feel great. I like the pouch they come in. I did find that they didn’t dry me as well as a normal towel which was a shame”

“I’d love to offer a positive review having loved previous products, however it was so very slow with delivery that I never received my goods before I went away. I allowed well over a week so was left most disappointed. Check delivery before ordering - you may need a while!”

“Design perfect. A bit disappointed with the size, i bought a large towel thinking it would be wider but instead is a extreme tall towel. Yes i should have paid more attention to the specifications, just felt it was misleading as no one wants a tall towel, usually people beed a large “wider” towel. Other than that material and colour great, the personalisation very good too.”

“Poncho & beach towel are light weight & easy to pack in luggage for holidays. Downside is that they don’t feel very ‘cosy’ & the large poncho is not that large when trying to change after swimming.”

“Only orered online so good service generlaly and hopefuly thw towels are a useful addition to my beach bag. However, alreaay noticed, when unpakcing the tissue from them that some of the orange has bled on to, and marked, the white stripes.”

“The towels do fold up small, are lightweight, dry quick and feel soft. The sand does fall off them easily. They do everything the website claims. However, I am disappointed with how they have washed. The white part of the towel stains easily from sun cream and sandy footprints and they have not washed brilliantly. I will continue to use but disappointing for the price they already look old after only one holiday. If buying make sure you buy designs with as little as white as possible.”
