“I was super excited to receive my new towels. I just used them for the first time for a day of swimming at the house. They do dry super fast but I didn’t feel like they dried me off very good. The towel was soaked as soon as I started to dry off with it and I didn’t feel like I was able to dry my whole body because the towel was already soaked.”

“Having been hassled to use my 10% discount which I did, I was then sent a a 25% off email. There’s a big saving there so I wanted to make use of that. Which I did. However they obviously don’t expect you to return anything.”

“This was my first order with D and B. The website offered 10% off if I signed up for their newsletter. I signed up on the site but the 10% wasn’t taken off when I checked out. I closed the website and went to my email to check order confirmation. There was an email in my inbox giving me a code to take 10% off. Too late I had already paid full price. The 10% needs to be taken off when you sign up for the Newsletter on the site.”

“Feeling very neutral at the moment… Surely you should wait until the item has been delivered before asking for a review (twice!) not the day of dispatch! Very annoying!”

“Your products are very good. However, it is the quality of your products that have saved you from losing my business. In fact, I now tell my customers that I have searched for a cooling towel that is as good as yours because your customer service is so bad. Unfortunately I have not found one yet, so I put up with your company so I can bring in the best product available to my customers.”

“We ordered two of the yellow striped beach towels for our planned holiday. They arrived quickly and looked lovely. I washed them at 30 degrees as per the instructions so tgat they would be effective when used on holiday and used Fairy non-bio wash liquid. We never use fabric conditioner. I was really disappointed to find that the colour ran. The lovely white stripes are now a pale yellow/ cream. We don't have time to change them as we are making our way to Gatwick on Wed to fly out for our 25th wedding anniversary:( # disappointed 😔”

“Nice items once arrived but I was not advised that my order had been shipped or when it would be estimated to be delivered and when it did arrive it came wrapped in brown parcel paper that was ripped and soggy from the rain! This is not something you would expect when you had place over £100 order! Quite disappointing.”

“Items have arrived on time and look great but the tracking email to say they were dispatched arrived about a week after I received them which didn't make sense.”

Hi Ruth, What's happened is that we had a little issue with some people receiving their dispatch emails. We've fixed this now and sent out those emails, which is what you'll be seeing. Apologies about that! I'm glad to hear you have your Dock & Bay are you're loving it 💙

“Service was fine delivery as expected.. The towel, well I wouldn’t really call a towel.. size was great but it was more like a large cloth, advertised as dries fast but takes quite a while to dry even in 30 degree heat. The bag is handy but the draw string broke straight away. Spent £30 on this for holiday and then went and bought a £7 from Asda.. wouldn’t recommend unless you want a large cloth”

“The speed the order arrived was excellent and the boxes and presentation is always lovely. The products do speak for themselves. Sadly several of the boxes were damaged which as I’m giving as gifts it was disappointing.”

“I find the towels small and convenient but have never managed to get myself dry with them after a swim. You have to learn to pat yourself dry rather than rub but the towel becomes too wet and only dries when hung up. I also made the mistake of wrapping myself in the towel after a swim only for the towel to be too wet to then dry myself. I now only use it in the gym while exercising.”
