“We love our Dock & Bay beach towels! We have just needed to replace the originals purchased over 7 years ago, and purely because our girls have grown up and wanted ones that weren’t so pink! We have used our towels whilst camping, on weekends away, on beach days both at home & away, as well as an extra at hotels. They are great for use after a quick paddle on the river, a splash at the beach, or an unexpected downpour at a picnic.”

“Beautifully packaged and presented. Towel robes feel lovely. Prints are bright and colourful. Haven’t used at the pool yet but they certainly look amazing.”

Hey Linda, thank you for your feedback- We don't offer free delivery, I'm afraid. We're a small business and we care massively about being sustainable. Free delivery has a huge impact on the environment and carbon footprint. Customers pay for delivery and if we have made an error (e.g. if we sent you the wrong product for example), then we bear the cost of the redelivery 😊 Additionally, we do offer free standard delivery once you’ve placed an order over £50.00 🙌 I hope this helps to explain, and if you have any further questions, please email help@dockandbay.com

“I had a lot of questions about Accessing the 10% discount coupon, and then about delivery to Spain. The former questions were answered satisfactory, but I didn’t receive a reply to my question about delivery to Spain, and I also was not able to track the order. However I was not charged any extra import duties, and was very happy with the product. Thank you”

“Heard all the raves about this and thought it can't be that good! Received my goodies for our forthcoming trip, perfect for a beach holiday. Had to return the tote as l wanted it for the beach and it didn't have a zipper, l have learnt you are bringing one out so will more than likely buy it when it comes into stock. Love the customer servic team awesome quick responses.Might even send you guys a pic on the beach with my towels ! 👍👍👍”

“Overall very happy with the products I bought, particularly the beach bag - it is awesome, perfect size, great design and perfect for day and evening. The only thing that I found hard to navigate was the sizing on the adult ponchos-they all looked fairly similar and it would have been helpful to know whether it was unisex sizing as I chose a medium and it was too big.”
