“Ordered a towel poncho, item split along the seem with first use, contacted customer service and it took 3 emails i think via a bot to get return number. Completely ignored my request offering 25% discount to keep it. The box of how long it took for them to reply is deliberatly edged to under an hour, 2-3 hours, 3-6 hours 8-12 hours or over one week, it was 3 days.... so not even a option to put that in my review. Poor service”

“They arrived quickly and were well packed. I have since found them in stock in John Lewis, not as much choice, but no postage charges.”

“We received a set of these beach towels from a friend as a gift and we promptly purchased another set of 6. They are absorbent somehow. They don’t understand the science. They are so thin and light and don’t take up so much space in the closet or the washer. I love love love them!”

This has made our day! 💛 The science might be mysterious (microfibre magic, we say ✨), but the love is loud and clear – and we’re so here for it. Thanks for topping up your towel stash and spreading the Dock & Bay joy! 🙌🌈

“The towels do pack small, and absorb water a bit better than our other microfibre towels but they take ages to dry. I’d not buy again at this price.”

You’re totally right – quick drying is kind of our thing! 💛 If your towel’s not living up to that, something’s not quite right. We’d love to help figure it out – feel free to drop us a message so we can make it right 🙌✨

“Great towels for the beach. The sand shakes off easy, which is welcome rather than having to lie in it while you sunbathe. In direct sunlight they dry quickly”

“I bought 5 towels for my daughters and family to use on holidays. They are so great for packing compared to a traditional beach towel and really do dry quickly and shake off sand easily. They were so impressed I bought two for myself”

“Fantastic customer service and we love the handy bags the towels come in - we use these to store sun glasses / jewellery whilst we're swimming. We got each member of the family a different colour stripe and they look so cute spread out on the beach next to each other. Very happy with our purchase.”

“I am a new fan! Wasn't sure about the claims these tea towels dry faster, but they really do. No residue on the item you're drying, even when the towel starts to get damp. Love the colours and really glad it makes a difference to the impact on the environment too.”
