“Customer service was fantastic! I messaged inquiring about my order because it had been two weeks if not a little over since placing the order and no updates on the shipping status via the tracking number I was given. The customer service reps were quick to respond and offered a replacement order or full refund. I opted for replacement order as I needed it in time for Christmas. Dock & Bay sent a new towel with express shipping, no questions asked and no extra cost to me, and I received the new towel within 3 days! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!!”
