“I haven’t tried this on the beach yet. However, it looks like it will be perfect for the floor of our beach shelter. The only thing I would prefer is for the white stripes to be a different colour. White isn’t the best when you have a child and a dog. I also don’t want to be washing it whilst on a camping holiday.”

“The only thing I would change is the size of the size small. I didn’t expect it to be quite so small. It’s for my kids but I think the width could have been a little wider to at least pass their hips if they’re holding it at their shoulders (and my kids are younger). Other than that I am happy with the quality and the way they absorb and dry.”

“Received 2 of these towels as a gift and decided to buy 4 more. We just finished our pool and the thought of a bunch of sopping wet towels every day all summer long was too much to bear. These are not warm and plush but they dry very quickly and absorb water like a shammy. The washing instructions say to wash in cold water (hot would be better IMO) but you can throw them in the dryer which is what gives these towels the edge of the competitors for me. I can’t comment on how long they will hold up since I’ve only used a handful of times now.”

“The towel is super comfortable and so easy to put on. I don't find the absorbency is as strong as on other brands I've tried, however the gentleness does seem to have made a difference in my hair's strength (no pulling hairs out when wrapped in a 'traditional' towel).”

“Very good concept and the towels work quite well for their purpose (i.e. not holding any sand) and fold up small for easy storage and carrying. However, due to the material being very lighweight, it's difficult to keep the towels in place when there is any wind.”

“So far these are awesome! Love they are so easy to pack up and take with us. They have the nice loop that makes it easy for my kids to keep them off the floor. The only reason I gave them 4/5 is cause they are still pretty new. I am hoping the colors stay bright.”

“Easy to use - however not yet sure of the impact they are having (have not had to clear out any residue in bags after a wash to date). Feel like buying the bags mainly fulfilled a good intention rather than actually reduces my impact on the environment (hence four stars rather than five). Hopefully sustained use will prove me wrong! Love the mission behind the product, so a big fan of Dock & Bay’s brand overall :)”
