Our prices are upfront before you pay for your ad, so we are confused as to why you would buy something if you weren't happy with the price.

Do you have any more zoomed in images of the dogs that show their faces clearer ? These types of images work best.

Generally dogs sell in a week or two. We don’t see a reason why you’d need an ad for 3 months. If you need extra time on your ad please contact support@dogs.is and we can see what we can do.

Our prices are up front before you pay for an ad. If you think that an ad is too expensive and you are not happy with the price, then you do have the option not to use the site.

I'm sorry you are not happy with the experience selling your dog.
You should be able to bump your ad, please contact support@dogs.ie if you are having issues with this. I do know older dogs, like your one being 6 months old, are a little harder to sell, as people tend to prefer puppies, approx. 2 months old given the chance.
Over the Christmas period we did have a high number (over 100) of ads selling labradors. Currently this is down to 76 ads, so perhaps this will help get your dog a bit more attention.

Your ad has been seen almost 300 times and a few people clicked on the button to view your ad. Do you have any more images of the puppy ? You can upload up to 10. Images showing the face in focus work well.

Your ad has been seen over 850 times in the last 6 days. One suggestion would be to add some more pictures of Gunner. We have 12 ads in the Staffordshire Bull Terrier category and 29 individual dogs, and most people are looking for younger dogs, not ones that are a year old unfortunately.

Looking at your ad, your dogs are priced at €2500, which is more expensive than all but one ad for American Bully’s so this could also be part of the issue. Dogs in these price ranges take longer to sell as it’s a bigger financial decision for buyers. We have 13 ads in the American Bully category and 34 individual dogs so you are competing with the other 12 sellers too.

Microchips : it's a legal requirement that these have to be in the ad.

Sorry you were not happy with the experience. It might be that the dogs were listed at a price that wasn't affordable to people. There is also a lot of competition between breeders, right now for example we have 44 ads in the German Shepherd category and 104 individual dogs. Some of the other ads for similar dogs are €450 cheaper than your dogs, so this might be an issue. We have 11 ads in the Staffordshire Bull Terrier category and 34 individual dogs, so you are competing against them too.
