Hi Callum, I'm sorry you are not happy with your ad. Did you get any callers? We have 46 ads in the Labrador category and 113 individual dogs, so there is a lot of competition between breeders. Your sale price is about average for similar dogs. Your first image on the ad is not so clear, so this might also be affecting things. Let us know on support@dogs.ie if you want us to change them around.

It is a nightmare to use.. I can't edit my own description, you constantly look for more paper work even though you can check the microchips. It is not easy or user friendly It's expensive too

Hi Anon, I'm sorry you are not having a great experience. We have had to lock the description / breed & microchip information on ads, as people were selling multiple dogs from the same ad. You had wanted to add another dog to your ad after it was published. Once the ad is publish it's locked for adding / taking away microchips, as we need to check them all before we publish. We asked for evidence that this was your dog and were awaiting this to make sure all the details were correct.

Hi Anon, I'm sorry you are not happy with the service so far. Have you had any messages about your 2 dogs ? Your ad has been seen over 500 times in the last 4 days, you can see these statistics from your dashboard. We have 10 other open ads in the Schnauzer category and 29 individual dogs, so there are not too many of them currently listed. One thing might be to add some more photos, and a clearer first photograpgh. I would also recommend turning on the displaying of your phone number, as I know some people prefer to do that rather than fill out a message. If you reach out to support@dogs.ie we can help you here.

Hi Anon, Thanks for your review, and sorry you have not had much interest in your Jug puppies. We have 21 ads in the Pug category and 58 individual dogs, and there are 807 open ads with 2,254 available dogs, so there is a lot of competition between sellers. I've taken a look at your ad and you have great photos and a good description. I see you have bumped the ad, so hopefully you will get some callers over the weekend.

Hi Serena, I'm sorry you are not happy with your ad. It has been seen https://simpleanalytics.com/dogs.ie/dog/3ae851 over 200 times since it was published. Currently, we have 57 open ads and 145 individual dogs listed in the Golden Retriever category, so there is a lot of supply at the moment. Your dogs, being IKC registered and all are on the more expensive end also.

Hi Antoinette, We currently have a high number of Cockapoos for sale. Checking our stats it's 49 ads and over 140 dogs listed as available, so there is a lot of supply of puppies of this breed and demand has come down since the lifting of COVID restrictions. Hopefully, you will get some callers soon.

When trying to regime my dog, there’s no option to see if your ad is getting any views

Hi Ross, Sorry you can't see the stats directly and that you've had a bad experience. I'll arrange to get that to you in a graph. Our system is saying that your ad was viewed 362 times so far since it was published on Friday.

Very few responses for the cost of putting the advertisement on, it’s a joke really

Hi David, I'm sorry you feel like this and that you haven't had much interest in your ad. I did take a look at your ad, and I see only two live photos, and they look very similar. I'd recommend adding some more photos of your puppies, so people could get a better idea of the dog. There are currently 822 open ads with 2,128 available dogs, so there is a lot of competition with breeders at the moment to get buyers attention.

Hi Maryna, looking at your ad, your dogs are listed for €2,500 and are not IKC registered, so this might be one issue. Most of the other Bulldogs are being listed for lower prices, https://dogs.ie/dogs/bulldog/ and this might be the issue.

Hi Paula, I’m sorry you feel this way. We tried everything to get your ad up for you, even taking the details from your emails to put them in the ad and to put that in an filled out ad for you. I’m sorry you had such an issue placing an ad.

While uploading data is simple. The constant addition of new dogs pushes you further down the page,( I has on page 12 in 2 days), this forces to pay more in order to bump up the page but yet again it doesn’t take long to move several pages back. It is even scarier when you look at the ads that are added and find that 3 to 4 come from the same place, but they just keep getting pushed to the top. This is extremely frustrating especially only time wasters asking to come play with you dog message you. I have yet to get a serious offer for the dog on dogs.ie and am extremely doubtful I will, this experience is a waste of time and money

Hi Anon, Thanks for your review, and sorry you haven't had any interest yet. There are currently 708 open ads with 1,776 available dogs, so there are a lot of sellers vying for attention at the moment. This time of year is also a little slower for buyers, who tend to hold off until they have started the school summer holidays. Your ad, is for a crossbreed mix that's quite rare, so it might be a good idea to explain a little about the expected temperament of these dogs.

Very poor as I could only edit limited info to boost my advert and not sold anything or had any enquires and paid €12 to boost

Hi Regina Thanks for your review. I’m sorry you only had a 1 star experience. There are currently 719 open ads with 1,825 available dogs so there is a fair bit of competition for interested sellers. We had to lock ads for editing as people were selling multiple breeds in the same ad. I’ll take a look at your ad to see if we can optimise it a bit. If you need anything changed in the ad text, please reach out to us.

Hi Brian, I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. Can you elaborate on how we can make things more user-friendly? We have a new site coming out later this year and we would love to get your feedback. What types of issues did you experience? Did any of the site work for you?

Hi I found to have a lot of people looking for a lot lower price and with price of advertising and all the experience involved from 65 euro a bag nuts vacc.chip etc. I can't do it so therefore puppy is not sold. So if you want to help please reduce the price per advert. The reason I wouldn't recommend is it to experience

Hi Anon, I'm sorry you are not happy with the service and you have rated us 1 star. Looking at your ad it appears your price at €800 might be higher than the other Doodles on the site. In recent months there has been more supply than demand post COVID-19 and prices have dropped. We would also encourage you to add a few more images of your dogs, you have only uploaded 3 images so far.

Hi Albert, thanks for your review. I’m sorry you are not happy with your ad. At about twice the price of other ads in the Bulldog section it might be that your expected price is simply too high for people to reach out. We would also recommend to expand your description a little too, to give some background about the site / dam and your breeding program.

Firstly for a €50 ad I got hardly any calls (about 5) & the ones I got where from 2 scammers & 2 scumbags trying to get my address so they could come by & rob me & my dogs & a weirdo wanting to sell me a dog (wtf) I boosted the ad 2ce at €12 a boost and still didn't sell a puppy. The site is quite hard to navigate & to find & edit ur ad is difficult. I was ment to have 8 photos to add but was only allowed 5 I don't recommend even though there's not many places to sell ur dogs anymore
