“The dress is absolutely beautiful and delivery was quick. I had an issue with my previous order and had to return it. I emailed sales and spoke to a very helpful Maria. She arranged my return and refund and even sorted out a refund on my postage. Thank you Maria!!!”

“Brilliant company to deal with. I had an issue with delayed delivery and the company resent my order via courier and absorbed the costs themselves. Received the dress within 24 hours and it is gorgeous. Quality is great and the fit is perfect. Size 14 and true to size. Such a pleasure to deal with a company with such excellent customer care.”

“My dresses were lovely but the experience was very poor. I paid for next day delivery which did not happen. I did receive the delivery refunded but it did not make up for the poor service.”

Just a heads up, our cutoff time for zipping out orders on the same day is 2:30 pm, and you can find this info in our shipping details on the website. Your order got the green light on Feb 20 and landed at your door on Feb 21. We get how crucial it is to have things when you expect them, and we apologise if the cutoff time threw a curveball. “Darlene polka dot retro swing dress absolutely beautiful can’t wait to wear it ! Fast delivery I ordered two for size, the only downside is you have to pay for returns however I get that Dolly and Dotty are an independent so didn’t really mind ! Refunds take a long time even with next day returns Would I buy from Dolly and Dotty again ? Yes definitely”

“The dresses were both lovely, but were too big one the shoulder. I had to return them which wouldnt have usually been and issue as i would have then ordered a smaller size, but with the return costing £12 it is too much of a risk to takewhich cost £12 incase it doesn't fit again”
