“Great service. Came out to repair fridge freezer once, on second call-out engineer was planning to repair but the cost was obviously greater than the value of the appliance so L&G provided a replacement no questions asked”

“I needed a replacement part for my fridge. Unusual model, fridge in a drawer. The gentleman on the phone could not find the appropriate part so sent an engineer who came promptly, identified the part and arranged a replacement which was delivered timeously. I was delighted with the service I received.”

“I was very satisfied. The mechanic came at the agreed time.He found what was wrong and put it right replacing the broken parts.It only took 30minutes or so and he left no mess.”

“Wine cooler arrived on time. Was contacted by delivery drivers to say ETA. Brought into house, unpacked and we put it into the kitchen. Very polite friendly drivers. Very helpful. 5 stars.”

“Very happy with the seamless and professional service received from Domestic & General from start to finish, from the helpful and informative advice received from your Customer Service team over the phone, and the user friendly website which made selecting a new washing machine easy, to the man who delivered the washing machine and installed so quickly, and last but not least, how the insurance cover was made so easy being applied to the new washing machine so efficiently, all in all an excellent service received from all parties involved, thank you so much, and the new washing machine is great too. If only other companies were as polished, efficient and provided as fast a service as Domestic and General have ... ! Well done 👏”

“Easy to set up. Easy to book an engineer. Engineer came on time. Slight delay in the engineer’s report getting to D&G. New appliance delivered and installed on the agreed date. Beware - some policies do not include disposal of old or installation of new. Good installation job by the engineer.”

“I was very impressed with the resolution of my leaking washer dryer. After i complained that the machine was still leaking after the engineer tried to repair it D&G did not hesitate to suggest a new machine. The new machine arrived quickly and the old one taken away for a small fee. The only problem I have is that there was no option for installation so it took me nearly a day to install it and adjust the door to fit the unit. As 77 year olds it pushed my wife and I to the limit!”
