Scam. I have an adhd diagnosis from a neuropsychologist and wanted to explore medication options via Telehealth. Medication prescribed cost $367/ month AFTER insurance. So I found a pharmacy with the generic version which was under $100. I've been trying for a week to get them to transfer my prescription and they keep sending me a message saying are you sure you want your prescription transferred? Yes that's what I'm asking. Wasted $200 on a 25 min appt to not recieve care

This company is horrible. From the beginning it was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone and get any help or get questions answered. For my initial appointment (for which the company charged me 3 times) the provider didn’t even bother to show up. It was extremely difficult to reschedule and the nurse practitioner I was finally scheduled with had no idea what they were doing and seemed to know almost nothing about ADHD. He ended the appointment early after admitting he didn’t know enough to provide a diagnosis or help of any kind. I had already been diagnosed with ADD years ago (which I told the provider) and I worked for 5 years at a clinic specializing in the treatment of ADHD. I didn’t need a diagnosis but was hoping for easier access to care since I live in a remote area with few options. The company wanted to continue charging me while they asked me to wait over a month and a half for an appointment for a second opinion but their website shows tons of available appointments for new clients. So they appear to be offering appointments just to get the initial fee with no follow-up care. This company is irresponsible. They have no idea what they’re doing and should not be providing medical treatment to anyone.

Preposterously incompetent with questionable ethics, it feels like they are screwing with you it's so bad. I doubt they will last another couple months.

Done as a service works great on auto-pilot, so to speak, but when it comes to actual consultations and requests, customer support and more personalized patient services this provider is awful. I've been trying to reach out to my provider for the last few weeks to get prior authorization for medication refills since I will be traveling out of the country for the next few months. My provider only submitted a prescription refill request and hasn't verbally authorized my refills with the pharmacy. The pharmacy and I have tried reaching out to the provider to get this approved, but there's been silence and no follow up correspondence from my provider whatsoever. I also tried contacting Done through their emergency line and have never once been connected to an actual representative or individual from the provider. To say I'm disappointed with this service is an understatement and I will look for alternatives upon returning from my travels.

Been with them for almost a year. They were great until this month. So far I have been waiting 10 days for my prescription to be renewed. I have messaged in twice and gotten the exact same canned response both times. So I guess I need to find another doctor since I can’t get anybody to respond. And I will be asking for this months payment to be returned to me in canceling before I make another payment in June. Once June 1 comes around which is in a week they’ll charge me again for no service. Don’t know what happened to then this month but they have really dropped the ball on a lot of patients

Absolutely horrible. Up until May they had been fine but if I hadn’t bought a yearly membership I might consider using a different service. Not only did they forget to refill my prescription, when I checked online in my portal it showed they had sent it a few days prior. I called my pharmacy and they said they had no record of a refill. I called the urgent emergency number last Weds listed on Dones website and it took me 5+ attempts to connect with someone. The number hung up on me several times because “they were unable to take my call” after waiting and listening to hold music for 10+ mins. I finally got a hold of someone on the 5th attempt, and the said they would get this refilled and sent over to my pharmacy either Weds night or Thursday. Come Friday, I hadn’t heard from my pharmacy. I called Done at least 10 times once more to try and get in contact on Friday via the “urgent” line. They simply would not answer. It would hang up abs advise I call back later. Some emergency line, huh? My prescription was finally filled TODAY. 7 days after I first contacted them, and nearly two weeks late. Simply unacceptable.

At first, Done was beneficial and made a great and easy experience for scheduling appointments and addressing any questions or concerns. Being a customer with them for over a year, the service and customer support have become a nightmare. I was notified by Done that I needed to make a pharmacy change in order to fill my prescription. When it came time to refill my prescription, I contacted the new pharmacy and was notified that they never received my prescription from my doctor. I have tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, through emails, phone calls, along with my customer portal. I finally reached out through the emergency support line to schedule an appointment with my doctor when I was told she was no longer seeing patients through their platform. After asking to transfer to a new doctor, I was told they currently had none available and that I would be added to their waiting list. Having to find out myself that I no longer have a doctor when requesting an emergency appointment, without being notified beforehand, is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Customer support has been extremely rude and unhelpful, to say the least. I have been given the runaround, lied to about being contacted with updates, as well as being yelled at, and hung up on multiple times. It has now been over a month and I have yet to fill my prescription or speak with a new doctor. I continue to receive no follow-ups from customer support without having to reach out myself. To top it all off, after asking for a refund, they refuse and have the audacity to continue billing me for their "services". With no help from customer support, unable to receive my medication, or the ability to speak to a provider, I'm not sure what services they feel they are still providing me. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I have since spoken with my primary care doctor and am in the process of finding a new provider. This has turned into a complete scam and I would not believe the reviews people have left. When signing up for this service I received an email asking me to leave a positive review in exchange for a free month of service. This service used to be amazing and very helpful, but that is no longer the case and believe that leaving a 1-star review is a little too generous. I would recommend looking elsewhere for other alternatives before being SCAMMED by this company.

Not sure if this is a scam or just a poorly run company. Either way, I agree with the previous 1 star reviews. My first 2 months was fine and I received medication. I am now out and can’t log in to talk with my provider or get a refill and I was still charged a membership fee. I have been trying for 3 days now to fix this and no luck. No one answers the phone and they are sending me in circles talking to different emails. I don’t know how they can get away with messing with peoples medication. I will be trying to get my money back.

Scam!!! Don’t believe the reviews! My first two months went fine and then everyone went silent I have called and called and emailed for two weeks now and now I’m out of medication and can’t get a hold of anyone. I’ve been told that my provider has left and I have no one responding with any answers and I’m getting the runaround nonstop. Don’t waste your money!

This is a scam. It starts out well but once you need to get a refill, talk to your provider, schedule an appointment, etc. you cannot get ahold of anyone. The only thing they have is a bogus email communication robot that doesn't do anything other than send you in circles. SCAM.

Do not use this service at all. Don't trust all the positive reviews here either... Here's the truth. The customer service is god awful. You have no direct contact with the doctor at all. No one answers your call at Done, and the e-mails are all automated. Messing with the routine of peoples medication is not okay, and this company does not care at all. These platforms should not exist if they perform this level of service. 48 hours and no response. I called them back 10 times. They eventually blocked my numbers.
