“The Done staff is on it concerning customer service. They helped me quickly pivot from a bummer of a pharmacy to a much more competent and less expensive one. Well Done!”
“The service works well particularly for people who have a hard time finding care for ADHD in their areas and/or a hard time filling the script. The price is a bit expensive if you compare it to receiving the same care from a psychologist or a PCP but again worth it for those do not have easy access. The delivery from the mail-order-pharmacy is good and comes Fed-Ex 2 Day. I have never needed to do a return or refund through the site.”
“I read the previous review regarding the bugs that were mentioned with the app on iOS and I fortunately have not experienced those bugs at all. The app works great for me and I’ve not had any issues with it.
The service that this organization offers is really convenient, thorough, and very well put together. I was concerned that the physicians would not take the concerns I had seriously. I’ve been very fortunate to have been able to work with the physician assigned to my case and the service I’ve received has been exceptional.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for this is because I was forced to pay the monthly $79 dollar fee in the very beginning for 2 consecutive months while my medication was unavailable due to manufacturing shortages. I understand that this is not “Done”s problem, but it seems like an absolute waste at first to pay for a service that you don’t get a benefit from. My only complaint is that the subscription fee should start when the medication is confirmed available and provided. I raised this concern with customer service atleast twice while my medication was not available and I did not receive a response. I have not had trouble getting my medication since though.”

“I had a bumpy ride trying to get my first prescription filled but it's been smooth sailing since I got the hang of it. Done is an affordable and convenient platform for those who are trying to manage their treatment without a lot of fuss. I'm not sure if it's the best platform for someone who is starting their journey and needs to go through the trail and error phase and needs a lot of communication.
But for me, Done has been an invaluable tool in keeping my symptoms at bay and life on track.”

“Done is a great way to get medicine for ADHD. I have been a customer for over a year and have almost nothing bad to say. The only downside is they have a huge turnover of doctors and sometimes it's a pain to get refills. I haven't had any trouble recently, so hopefully the doctor I have now will stay.”

“When my provider had no availability for the month, Done worked hard to find me a new provider to accommodate my schedule in a timely manner. If I ever have any issues I schedule a call with support and have it resolved within 2-3 biz days.”

“I’ve been using DONE for almost two years now and I’ve had a pretty good experience overall. If you get a great provider then you’ll have a fantastic experience but if your provider is slow to responding or checking the portal then it can get frustrating as you don’t receive your medication on time. I do have to say the customer service is really great at communicating and usually get back to you within 24hrs if you have a question or a concern. I’m very thankful for DONE- it has really helped me with my everyday life and I would 100% recommend. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is from past experiences with providers who didn’t know how to communicate”

“Easy to use/schedule appointments. Very limited availability, so you do have to plan ahead. Refills on prescriptions is easy but miscommunications frequently happen with pharmacy (filling wrong medications than requested, generic vs name brand). Only difficulty is talking to someone directly if you are having these issues. Otherwise I have had good success and love having virtual visit options.”
“Honestly this service has made it so much easier to get treatment for ADHD, it's helped me out a lot. The only issue I've had is with scheduling since the service has gotten more popular, but they do their best to get you appointments in a timely fashion.”
“I have Kaiser and when I described my symptoms to my psychiatrist he blew it off, saying “ADHD is something you get when you’re 8” I’m a 33 year old woman who never realized that my mental health struggles were not “normal” or something to “just get over” but an actual condition until I read an article about how women with ADHD frequently go undiagnosed until my age due to misconceptions. With Done, I love that you get access to therapists who know what you’re going through and don’t just blow off your concerns. They understand how your brain works and the struggles that come with it. You don’t need to justify anything or be defensive, they just get it. It’s amazing compared to what I’m used to. The only thing I would change is adding talk therapy/cognitive behavioral therapy as well, and making it easier to schedule appointments. Its expensive, but if you think you may have ADHD don’t wait. The right medication can literally change your life.”
