“I first made an appointment with my primary care physician to express my concerns and seek treatment. She brushed off my symptoms and told me to exercise more. I trusted her judgment and managed through the following years, never seeing an improvement. I was hesitant to try Done after having a negative experience but it was a complete 180. My provider really listened to me and validated my feelings and my concerns. She gave me a diagnosis and a prescription without making me feel bad about myself. My life has changed since getting the treatment that I needed, Done saved me!”

“I really loved the experience I had with Done. I’m 48, I’ve been diagnosed and medicated for a long time. Yet my doctor made it a pain every single month to get a refill, and Forget about insurance renewals - she would leave me hanging for weeks. I literally take the lowest dose of medication available, and yet, it was a nightmare to stay consistent. No one needs that and if you have ADHD you definitely don’t need more barriers to success. I understand why people walk away from ADHD medication - it’s impossible to deal with the hoops they make you jump through - I am a busy working mom and the last thing I need is three jobs every month just to get my prescription! But then- I found DONE, and OMG, finally it’s easy to manage this. My DONE provider was knowledgeable and helpful, she listened to me, and helped me figure out a strategy to ensure a consistent medication cycle — HOORAY! What a relief and a real help this is.”

“Fantastic service! I have a really busy schedule and had no problem getting scheduled with a practitioner in the evening. She was kind, judgement-free, and addressed my later concerns in a timely fashion. I was incredibly nervous to seek help at 37, but so thankful I did! I had no idea how many of my struggles were linked to my ADHD!”

“I moved across the country while I was laid off. I had medical coverage in my home state but that was 2000 miles away. When I was hired for my new job, I became a little desperate, as my ADHD medication was a necessary part of my therapy/routine and essential for me to just feel like a normal person. After searching for days for a local doctor, someone suggested in passing that I check out a new service called Done. It was hands down the best advice I've been given in the past year. Not only was the wait list only a day or two, versus almost 2 months for a local doc, but the staff were all some of the most professional and considerate I've ever worked with. I was so apprehensive about the whole telemedicine thing and my ADHD treatment that I was a nervous wreck. Turned out, just 5 minutes into the interview I realized how wrong I was to be nervous and instantly put at ease! Everyone I spoke with was patient, compassionate, and seemed to be excited to help me. It was incredible. I've had some amazing doctors, and the kind staff at Done has managed to raise the bar on my expectations. Done singlehandedly changed my opinion of telemedicine for the better. I am so grateful for the staff and the service they provide. I can't say enough good things about them and I would recommend their service to anyone. They're absolutely fantastic.”

“I can’t say thanks enough to done. I was treated with the upmost respect from day one. I was embarrassed to talk about my ADHD. My doctor made the entire process so simple. Very caring doctor. The medication prescribed is working out great. I have gone from C’s to A’s in all my school classes. Doing great at work. I feel like a new me. All thanks to Done. I highly recommended them!”

“My experience with Done has been great so far. It’s very convenient for me because everything is online, so I don’t have to leave my house. My doctor is so nice, and I like her a lot. There isn’t anything else to say, other than they save me time and I recommend them.”

“I’ve been a patient with Done for about six months now, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. With the exception of a couple minor hiccups (none of which delayed or impacted my care in any way), it’s been smooth sailing for me personally. My prescription has been renewed on time each month, and I’ve never run out of my meds. My first provider was difficult to reach, but the doctor I’ve had for the past five months or so has been fantastic. I really appreciate that I can see my provider from home; it’s so much easier to just step away from my work computer for 15 minutes. I’m so much more focused and organized at work, and my life as a new parent has been so much more productive! Telemedicine is one good thing to really blossom during this pandemic, and I’m so glad I found Done.”

“Game changer The world is changing and the medical world has to change with it. Done offers people a way to seek medical help in a way that is quick, thorough and efficient while not taking you away from where you need to be. The time to schedule is reasonable, as they have a huge team of clinicians, and the Doctors are prompt and thorough. Following a very detailed evaluation, I received recommendations not only for a Rx (which was low and extended, proving exactly what I needed), but for follow up resources via literature, therapy options etc. Done makes it easy for people to access treatment evaluations and the following support they need, all from the comfort of home. They understand their clientele and provide ample reminders and check points to ensure appointments are secure and don’t sneak up on you. On top, there is a routine check in and support system as needed. No more long waits in Waiting rooms or rescheduled appointments. Done is the real deal and the next big thing for healthcare.”
