“Their platform makes it super easy to download a super bill if you need it for insurance purposes. I highly recommend Done because their customer service is superb and they make it easy to talk to a provider on their platform. Their service has helped me immensely while living in a small town which kept me out of reach of many providers. Online appointments takes the hassle out of making it to in person appointments.”

“Initially things were smooth, then when there was a provider change it was difficult, as well as a national shortage with the medication. This was corrected as much as it could be by done, by resetting my payment date accordingly. Since having Dr. Soto for some time now, I have had no issues and my refills have been extremely prompt. Right now, I have to give DONE a 5 star review for the way they have handled the past year.”
