“These extensions are magic. They blend so well with my natural hair. I receive complements all the time. Sadly I don’t need 22 inches of hair and cut them to. More natural length . My only complaint is that they don’t come in shorter lengths. But they look great, are excellent quality and last a long time if you deep condition them. They are a beeeze for my stylist to remove and attach.”

“I love Donna Bella hair extensions, is the only one I found that don’t dry up and frizz up. Stays looking new! I’ve tried other hair companies only to regret it and go right back to these. They’re worth every penny and you get what you pay for. Very satisfied”

“The quality of these extensions are so spectacular that even my stylist was impressed. She was so impressed that she took them over to the salon owner to show her how great the quality was! They lay super flat and are super lightweight while still tough enough to handle about anything!”

“I will only use Donna Bella hair! I tried switching to another company that was well known after I took my sewing extensions out and hated them. The quality was bad. The color match was never good. Donna Bella is my exact hair color and their quality is so good. I’ve been using the same tape and extensions for a year now I am not putting my fresh ones in until I go back to school and I can tell you I would still install these ones they’re still the best quality I’ve ever had even a year later.”

“I've been wearing tape in extensions for 12 years and Donna Bella replacement tape is the only tape that would hold for the entire time Never had an embarrassing moment when one would fall out Love Love Love Donna Bella's products”

“I love your product and have been using for more than 6 years, but over the last year I have not been able to get the product that I need in the length that I need it. You are out of, or no longer carrying the 12" or 14" tape in extensions and I have have had to purchase the longer lengths at a higher cost. This is forcing me to look elsewhere for what I need. Hopefully your supply issue can be resolved soon!”

“On a normal order I would rate higher as I do love the company but I paid a lot extra for shipping to get an order rushed and it didn’t show so I had to cancel my client which was a total bummer.”

“Just placed an order for 3 packages of hair extensions and was charged a $15 shipping fee. As I have been a longtime customer and only use Donna Bella hair extensions , I think this is an over the top additional charge for shipping .. your prices have gone up tremendously and now the amount of the order is higher to qualify for free shipping. Very disappointed. I also called to ask for a credit of $15 and was denied. Not good customer service to a longtime dedicated customer.”

“I have used this product for 11 years annd have ALWAYS loved it! But the hair lately doesn’t last as long. Sheds terribly, and the last 4 packs of replacement tape was defective and all stuck together. Would not peel off and came off all stuck as 1 piece. Very disappointed. Loyal customer for 11 yrs and have worn the hair that long.”
