“My biggest issue is thyat you do not offer a 16inch lengh in all your hair. It's a big waste of money when I am forced to order 18in length. Please consider this. Also your website says it$90 but I got charged $99 at checkout. No promo code needed.”

“My order was flagged without any email, and if I hadn’t called to get the tracking number, I would’ve not known this resulted in my item not being overnight shift, which I paid extra for and I had to cancel my hair appointment to have them installed. I am very dissatisfied and plan to not be using Donna Bella again. I’ve been using them for four years”

“This review is so late. But I purchased grey extensions in 11/2024 that matched my hair perfectly. I get sooooo many compliments and they’ve lasted almost 3 months.”
