“I have order before and like the quality of the hair. This time I paid for the overnight shipping and recieved it 4 days later and ended up losing my client because of it and lost out on an $800 appointment and the price of the hair. Very upset and disappointed.”

“sent multiple emails about wrong address on shipment to either cancel or update address to correct one. package got shipped to wrong address. DESPITE THE FACT THAT I STATED TO EITHER CANCEL THE ORDEr or UPDATE TO CORRECT ADDRESS!!! OVER 500$ OF HAIR EXTENSIONS GONE!!!”

“The two colors I got blended together worked great with my hair added some more blonde and they installed very easy with packaging nice and I’ve always had great luck with their wefts and now tape ins!”

“1st off, I love Donna Bella Hair! I've used it for many years & had great experiences. From tabs to ILinks they have all been great quality. I tried the triple stacked reversible weft. The colors are perfect, install went great but after only the second wash I'm starting to get tangles. I'm really worried that they won't hold up. I had to save up for it & won't be able to get a different one for awhile. I really DON'T want to use anywhere else. I may have to go back to ILinks as I've never been disappointed.”

“I’ve used Donna Bella kera link extensions for 12 years. The quality is great and the shipping is fast. I do miss how the “straight” hair used to be more wavy when wet, but I would still recommend these.”
