“I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Donna Bella hair extensions. After following all the proper procedures, I ended up with painful, itchy red bumps on my scalp during the removal process. Despite providing evidence of the issue, including a video, they denied my refund request. I've been wearing hair extensions for over 10 years and have never encountered such a terrible reaction. The quality of these extensions was far below what I expected, especially for the price, and their lack of customer support and refusal to take responsibility only made things worse. I would not recommend Donna Bella to anyone looking for quality hair extensions or reliable service.”

“Unfortunately I haven’t received my package so I can’t say how the hair is. FedEx has been withholding it with no updates. I had to reorder hair to get it in time for my client :( disappointed in fedex”

“I ordered over the phone - my first time. The color was not what I was expecting - a little too dark. I used one pack to see how it would look.. I need to return on pack and reorder a lighter color. the quality is nice.”

“Personally I have very thin, fine hair and with only a half a pack of sew in extensions I feel confident with my hair again. Everybody always compliments that they love my hair and would have had no idea they were extensions unless I told them they were Donna Bella sew in extensions. I love to have fun colors and pink in my hair and these extensions help me do that while keeping my hair healthy!”
