“I’ve ordered hair from Donna Bella for years. I’m a professional hairstylist. I’ve seen the quality go down quite a bit. The bundles of hair have gotten smaller. They used to be 20g now they’re 17g for the 18 inch. The Silicone beads do not hold their color and wear off and turn to silver metal. My clients have started complaining that their hair does not feel as full and about the beads unfortunately have switched to another company. They have also raised their prices a lot! Very disappointed.”

“The product is great. But trying to order is zero. I finally was able to find my color match. I was so excited that I was able to find it but ordered the more expensive! I immediately tried to cancel but couldn’t . I tried calling waited 10 minutes and was hung up on !!!”
